Good location, friendly staff, would stay again
Pros:

Location - we stayed at the hotel for Hellfest. The location was ideal as it is close to the train station.
Facilities - room was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking.
Privacy screen - the screens to separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment was good. It felt like a separate room for sleeping.

Cons:

Lights - some of the lights in the room didn't work and there was too many light switches. It was hard to figure out what did what.
Clean - the shower felt like it needed a good scrub on the grout and silicone. It looks really dirty and was off putting.
Shower - the shower door didn't close properly unless you slammed it, and even then it still leaked and the floor was wet.
Toilet room - it was annoying that the toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom. It meant I'd have to walk through most of the apartment to wash my hands. It would have been handy to have a small sink if the room with the toilet.
Cutlery- clearly the cutlery is not checked between guests as our room had no forks.
Fridge - the handle on the cupboard door for the fridge was rubbish, it was a small straight knon which was hard to grab and open the door due to the weight. It would have been better it if was a long handle.

Great spot near transportation and the castle
Pros:

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and we slept great. It was very hot outside and the AC kept the place cool. There was a small kitchenette and basic cooking supplies and utensils. It was also right next to the castle and tram stop. I would stay here again for the price we paid.

Cons:

The facilities were starting to show their age. The flooring was starting to come apart.

Pros:

De perfecte locatie om van hieruit de stad Nantes te ontdekken. In een ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien.
Op de binnenplaats is het ideaal mogelijk de fietsen veilig te stallen.

Geen bijzonderheden; zakelijk zonder verdere opsmuk.

Très dessus par le service client de booking qui fait trainer le remboursement de mon séjour.

La disponibilité, l'écoute et la réactivité du personnel !

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la borne dans la rue qui permettait l'accès au garage privée de l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas.
Ne voulant pas laisser notre voiture pleine n'importe où, le personnel compréhensif a bien voulu annuler notre réservation et nous a proposé un autre hôtel Adagio à Nantes où le parking était plus aisé et plus sécure pour notre voiture.
Ils ont aussitôt effectué le remboursement de la nuit vers Booking.
Vingt jours après, Booking, bien qu'ayant été remboursé par l'établissement ne nous a toujours pas remboursé.
La prochaine fois, nous passerons directement par Adagio.
