Great hotel with nice staff and facilities
Pros:

The hotel is modern and offers a great variety of facilities, there is a convenience store on site, which is great to have, and the onsen overlooks a beautiful lake. Especially friendly was Peter Howlett, a member of the staff with great interest in the Ainu culture who kindly lent us some books he translated, they were most interesting! So rare to find a hotel nowadays that has staff who actually has knowledge about the local area.

Cons:

The breakfast was pricy at 3200 yen per person, and the dinner buffet at double that also not a bargain. the window in our room was quite dirty which limited the view, and the bathroom dated.

Pros:

自然の中、虫取りや散歩と家族共々楽しめました。
夏の帰省にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Cons:

朝食、夜食が期待していた内容ではなかった。物価高の影響もあり仕方がない現状だとは思いますが、函館市内、湯の川に比べたらだいぶ劣っていると感じました。

パートナーとゆっくりとした贅沢な時間を過ごせてよかったです。

はじめ案内された部屋が臭かったのですが、
深夜にスタッフが対応してくれて、部屋を変えてくれました。

ビュッフェが内容のわりに、割高だったなと、

野鳥のさえずりが心地いい、木立の中のリゾートホテル
Pros:

まず、荷物の関係でホテル前のローターに車を寄せると、サッとフロントの方が車の誘導をしてくださいました、さすがだと思いました

建物館内から落ち着いたリゾート感が感じられました　また、フロントの方の所作にも安心感が持てました

大浴場露天風呂から先に大きな池が広がっていて、眼下には鯉が近寄ってきて、湯船に浸かりながら雄大さを感じることができました

朝食でその場で握っていただいたシャケすじこの親子おにぎりがとても美味しかったです

Cons:

夕食は外食先が、上手く見つからずに結局ホテルのブッフェを利用しましたが、当日でていた蟹が塩分強くみは少なく、残念でした

サービス、施設共に申し分ない。素泊まりだったので安かった。温泉は少し小さいし、サウナなどもないけど、露天風呂から大きい池が見えて、雰囲気が最高だった。
