It feels like this entire beautiful snowy forest is ours alone. There’s no one else around, so we can fully relax, take photos, and enjoy some intimate moments during our honeymoon at this hotel.

Disappointed for our 2 nights stay
。we arrived with heavy rain, upon arrival were told to unload our luggages then park our car at the uncovered parking lots, which is locate more than 100 meters from the hotel main building, and we walk back, very bad of first impression of the hotel.
- they should, at least to add a cover along the road to the Car park or doing something to improve the situation.
。the Onsen size was too small to accommodate for 290 guest rooms
。the buffet lunch quality was at very poor quality and limited choices, they should charge ¥3990 or $4990 to offer better quality, as there is no other choice of restaurants nearby hotel
。the carpet of the corridors was so dirty, it fact they should use other material to replace it
。the sound proof was so bad, at night you can hear people talking in the corridor
。we cannot understand the point of making a charge of ¥150 per person per day ?
Knowing that this hotel was built in 1990, some facilities needed to be improved, from the customers view points, for example ： how inconvenient to park our car during raining days or snowy day, the hair dryer in the Onsen were TOO weak to use, will take May be 30 minutes to dry your hair. Ha ha….

夜の露天風呂からの景色が自然を感じられてとても良かったです
立地的に車で訪問していなければホテル以外で食事をとることが難しいため、コンビニをもう少し充実させてほしい。ディナーや朝食をホテルのレストランで取らない場合は、事前に空港などで購入しておくことをお勧めします。
露天風呂が良かったです。
朝食は、海鮮の品数や品質がやや落ちる。部屋に使用後、タオルやバスタオルの置く場所がない。浴室に新しいタオルを供給する方法が良いと思います。
