Smile Hotel Asakusa

とても親切で素晴らしいホテルです。

We chose this hotel as it seemed to have 3 pax to a room, which is not common for Japan small hotel room phenomenon.
It was really good size and well equipped ! Enough space to walk around.
Toilet was small and a challenge to hang towels and clothes. Housekeeping was not daily (which I was ok) and towels were replaced daily.
Surroundings got very quiet (hardly traffic) and opposite a Lawson where we went to for daily breakfast.
Within walking distance to Sumida river, good view of Tokyo Sky tree. About 20mins walk to train station or could take bus.
Closing down in Jun, though.

Hotel staff were very nice. Room was TINY and a bit worn. Bed was also NOT a double - more like king single. A 20 min walk to train station. Convenience store across road - was great. Quiet area and very safe (but all of japan feels safe!)

Tudo tranquilo, atendentes muito prestativos. Pegamos quarto de fumantes sem querer e ele fedia muito a cigarro mas é normal. não atrapalhou a viagem, foi erro nosso. Atendimento ótimo, não é um hotel 5 estrelas mas deu pra ficar. Muito perto do principal tempo, o ônibus passa bem na frente para a estação de tóquio! conveniência na esquina. muito bem localizado em Asakusa.

Godt, men et lille stykke væk fra den offentlige transport. Dog rigtig tæt på flere seværdigheder i Asakusa. Overordnet tilfreds med opholdet.

The room was small. It was ok if you don't have many luggage. The hotel is pretty old but clean. It is worth the price.

Etablissement calme qui propose les petits déjeuners pour 900 yens/ pers
Chambre aux normes du pays donc pas tres grande mais avec une penderie
Seul petit bemol..la literie on sent les ressorts du matelas
Ménage ok,changement de serviettes tous les jours

Incredibly helpful staff and always happy to help. They delivered our luggage to kyoto and helped us fill out the form. Hotel room was tiny but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Shower and amenities where all there and extras like slippers, dressing gown robe and shaving razor all free of charge.

You get what you pay for. The bed is comfortable and you have enough amenities and space. The bathroom was a bit moldy and the wallpaper was dirty but good price for the area

Convenient/ close to subway station one ride to Narita Airport. A Lawson store is just across the street. The top 3 Tokyo main destinations are a stone throw away. Will stay again here when in Tokyo.
