Great place
Convenient Yas Location with easy parking .. good breakfast at Mint restaurant, gym (shared with the Radisson) is well equipped and very clean and the Belgian Cafe restaurant is right downstairs for drinks etc. Also the staff are friendly

We had a very relaxing day at the property travelling with an infant and they even allowed us early check in for a free.
Nice hotel. Shares amenities with radisson blu next door. Nice location and views. Clean and simple hotel.
First of the front desk took 20-30min to get our room (with a chaotic waiting as there was no organized wait list and people cutting the que). The room was not prepared for 4 people as booked, there were only one king bed. They later added one small moveable bed, but expected the 4th kid to sleep on the sofa (that was not a pull out sofa and no sheets were provided) but the room was advertised as sleeps 4 (good luck to fit any teen on that sofa..). This meant several more trips to the front desk standing in the same que mentioned before..
The breakfast was just as chaotic, with high noise and people crammed in. The breakfast Variety was good, but most things were bland.
At checkout they held us at the chaotic reception again as they wanted to check the room before us leaving the premises. Never experienced something like this and this delayed our departure and the days plans.
Hotel amerigos restaurant staff was rude

We used this hotel during the f1 gp weekend… the breakfast can be way better its very minimum! The staff of restaurant can be beter tought.. price are insane during the weekend

Hotel was lovely. Clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t so great.
As someone who cannot eat dairy, the choice was extremely limited. None of the food had labels so it was difficult to know the ingredients. All the pastries had butter, no dairy free alternatives to spread on toast, eggs on offer were scrambled, pancakes had milk… my wife was left with dry toast and fruit or vegetables. We did find someone to get poached eggs but I had finished eating before they arrived for her.
Nos hospedanos solo una noche, la habitación era grande, pero se notaba el paso de los años. La cama estaba limpia y comoda. Nos hubiese gustado tener botellas de agua en la habitacion, hubiese sido un gran detalle.
My family have been to Abu Dhabi a few times now and whilst I would say the quality of accommodation at Park Inn is wonderful other things around the hotel itself let it down for us.
The staff around the pool were quite abrupt when we asked if the bar was open but did go to get a waiter who then told us of the limited stock they held and directed us to the bar a few hotels up, not what you want really in 43 degrees of heat everytime you want a drink.
Also had the strangest checkout experience bare in mind I am 53 so not likely to damage a room or cause problems, we had to stand at reception for 10 mins why we were checking out early morning and wait for house keeping to be sent to our room 5 floors up to check we had left it in a satisfactory condition before we could leave … never had that before in any hotel we stayed in.
Probably would not be my first choice to return to :-(
