Amazing family time and a great holiday.
Pros:

I have visited Sealife Family Resort Hotel many times, and it always exceeds my expectations.

This time, I traveled with my son and his young family, and the services provided for them were amazing. Hala from the Customer Relations Office was incredibly wonderful and helpful. She upgraded my son to a spacious family room with an amazing sea view, which made their stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

I would also like to mention a few other staff members who made our stay special: Karina, Fatma, and Ira at the patisserie counter. They were all so kind, friendly, and helpful.

The play school is fantastic—my granddaughter loved going there every day. Susu is amazing and so kind; my granddaughter absolutely adored her. 💝🥳

The evening mini disco for the children is also wonderful, and the team does a great job entertaining the little ones.

Everything about this hotel is something we love. I always call them my "Sealife Family" because they make us feel so welcome every time we visit.

Thank you for everything. We hope to see you again soon!

Amazing staff, great food, and perfect for families and remote work.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and the food was very good. I work remotely and the Wi-Fi was excellent, making it easy to take meetings without any issues.

It’s also a great place for families with children. A special thank you to Halaa from Guest Services, who was incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with any questions we had. She really helped make our stay even better.

Great area, kind people, excellent buffet, below average rooms & beach / pool facilities.
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning. The promenade, the ease of walking around, and the overall atmosphere of the area are truly beautiful.

On a positive note, my husband tried the spa and absolutely loved it. The buffet and food options were excellent, the hotel was clean overall, and the guest relations team was wonderful, especially Hala and Karina, who were both warm, helpful, and attentive

Overall, the location, views, service, and food were highlights, but the rooms and beach / pool facilities did does not meet a 5-star hotel.

Cons:

As soon as you walk into the hotel, you realise it is quite outdated (carpets between rooms, super old couches, etc)

Once we got to our room, the 5-star rating & price we paid was not justified. The rooms were run-down, with peeling wallpaper and tired interiors that could benefit from a refresh. We had a sea-view room, and the view itself was spectacular.

The beach and pool facilities were average and not at the level expected of a 5-star property. The snack bar also lacked healthy food options & fresh juices. You can find much better private beach experiences within a 5–10 minute walk or drive, which was disappointing given the price paid for the hotel. I had expected the beach access and facilities to be much better.

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Life Family Resort in Antalya and couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation. The hotel’s location directly opposite Konyaaltı Beach is fantastic, offering beautiful sea views and easy beach access. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The resort offers family-friendly rooms and a wide range of facilities designed for families. The reception team was outstanding throughout our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Halla which is one of the receptionist was very helpful, go to her if you need anything. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel and local attractions. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel valued and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the reception staff for making our stay even more enjoyable!
