An outstanding stay with fantastic food, superb service, and wonderful staff
Pros:

Everything was truly exceptional! The overall service was top-notch from start to finish. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceptionally clean. A special thanks to the staff, who were very attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended

Вообще всё!!! Отель превзошёл все ожидания! Разнообразие еды, качественный алкоголь, чистота везде, сотрудники отеля постоянно что-то моют, убирают, суетятся, а этот пенный массаж!!!!! Он просто нереальный! Пляж чистый, места отдыха на любой запрос, неугомонные аниматоры и все это в самом сердце Анталии!!! Отдельная благодарность прекрасной девушке Ширин, за милоту, доброту и подарочки от отеля! Сюда можно и нужно возвращатья!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Все було супер!
Pros:

Мені все дуже сподобалось, їжа смачна та різноманітна, готель знаходиться прямо біля моря, номери чисті та охайні, ще хочу приділити увагу персоналу- він неймовірний, всі дуже привітливі та добрі, завжди готові допомогти або щось підказати. Особливо хочу подякувати Shirin вона була неймовірно доброю, уважною, завжди цікавилась чи все сподобалось, сподіваюсь в наступному році також до вас приїхати відпочивати

Great location and friendly staff, but food and entertainment fell short
Pros:

Perfect Location & Beach Access: The hotel's location in the Konyaaltı area is fantastic. The private underground tunnel is a huge plus, offering safe and direct access right to the pebble beach and the provided sunbeds.
​Excellent Service: The staff's behavior was incredibly kind and welcoming, which perfectly matches the hotel's reputation for a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. We also really appreciated their overall flexibility to accommodate us during our stay.
​Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and very well maintained.

Cons:

Food Quality: Since this is an All-Inclusive resort, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown. The food lacked fresh flavors and tasted quite industrial rather than freshly prepared.
​Entertainment: The evening night shows were very standard and honestly bordered on boring.
​Spa Facilities: The water in the spa pool was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to fully relax in that area.

Very good food, location is great - lot of space to walk around. Good beach.

The beach is smoking free, but some people occasionally still smoke there, it would be better if "smoke free" was enforced a bit better

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était accueillant, sympathique et disponible surtout halla avec ses conseils et la marocaine au restaurant. L’emplacement est également très pratique.

Standarden på hela hotellet var dålig.
DETTA är inte en 5-stjärnig hotel,kanske en3-4 stjärnig..och jag förstår inte alla som ger så så bra recensioner.
Hotellet är slitet och dåligt städat,trasiga lampor slitna ich rostigadushar,dåligt städat..verkar sim ägarna vill bara kamma in pengar utan att rusta.
Och polycen är att påverka gästerna ge dem bra betyg.De var på en sista dagen.
De föreslog att de kunde hjälpa mig och ge dem bra betyg om inte jag visste hur jag skulle göra!!!Skäms på er!
Koncentrera er på göra gästerna nöjda istället!
Strandbaren var katastrof,fick fylla det mesta själv och dryckes menyn var bäldigt begränsad!
Hade aldrig bokat detta hotell om inte de hade så bra betyg .

Pros:

Very helpful staff, very clean overall, a lot of activities.
The private beach and the beach bar are a big plus. Also the fact that they have activities on the beach like yoga and aqua gym.
