Pros:

Everything was great! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Cons:

Alt var perfekt lige indtil man nærmest blev overvåget af vagterne på hotellet. De er bestemt ikke venlige.. det ødelagde næsten alt det gode på hotellet. Vi følte os overvåget konstant hele ugen, både på strand og foran hotellet. Vi skulle bevise vi var fra hotellet mange gange.

Freundliches Personal und angenehmer Service.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal ( geht auf die Wünsche ein), gutes Essen, großes Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber laut Info wird im Jänner renoviert.

Amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel is in amazing location just the road separate from the beach with a safe and easy way to get there through a tunnel.
You will find plenty of activities through the day also for kids.

Rewelacyjny hotel, świetna obsługa. Wszystko jest na najwyższym poziomie, nie trzeba się o nic martwić, pyszne jedzenie, napoje, czystość oraz cała masa udogodnień. Codzienne pokazy lub muzyka na żywo i różne zabawy organizowane. :) Zdecydowanie warto spędzić tu kilka dni, później trzeba schudnąć po wszystkich dobrociach :D

Cons:

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel : une véritable catastrophe du début à la fin, et je ne comprends absolument pas comment cet établissement peut être classé 5 étoiles. Le niveau de propreté, l’hygiène, la qualité des chambres et le service sont très loin de ce que l’on attend d’un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles. Pour nous, le standing annoncé ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité.
