Wir waren super zufrieden. Bisher haben wir immer in großen Luxus-Hotels Urlaub gemacht, die man nun nicht mehr bezahlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Direkt am Strand. Viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. In die Altstadt sind wir ca 15 Minuten, zum Flughafen ca 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi gefahren (Taxi-Zentrale direkt gegenüber vom Hotel). Das Abendbuffet war stets sehr abwechslungsreich. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Der Strand war sehr sauber. Und was ich auch toll fand, dass im Hotel Slush-Eisgetränke, Ayran, Eiskaffee und Milchshakes im All-Inclusive enthalten sind. Habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt geht an die Vorhänge in den Zimmern. Leider haben die so gut wie kein Sonnenlicht abgehalten. Morgens wurde es daher bereits ab 5 Uhr sehr hell im Zimmer. Wer sich allerdings an Verkehrs-Geräuschen stört, sollte sich lieber kein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Es ist rund um die Uhr sehr viel verkehr, auch nachts.

Трохи шумно біля бассейну, тобто це не той варіант де полежати спокійно, неможливо знайти усамітнене місце , поруч завжди будуть люди. Номер був невеликий і балкон дуже маленький, вид з балкону на сусідні номери

We arrived around 10, well before check-in time. Staff gave us wrist bands and sent to have breakfast.
After breakfast they offered us to show 3 rooms that were available, we could take these or wait couple hours for other rooms, we took the available rooms.
Staff was very friendly, good food, nice beach.

The wonderful location overlooking the Konyaaltı coast and the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction were amazing !. Many thanks to the guest relations officer, Ms. Hala and the receptionist, Mr. Engin for the big smile on their faces and for the wonderful gesture of arranging an upgrade ( for one of our two rooms) into a suite. I am pretty sure that there are also unsung staff members who work with great dedication; I wish I knew their names so I could thank them all. However, I happened to get to know the lobby bar tender (Samad) and another staff member in the restaurant—I believe her name is Ania—both were outstanding.

Cons:

Children caused a disturbance in the hotel pool and at the show venue; the tunnel leading to the beach is in poor condition; and the beach bar offers a limited selection of drinks. Bottled beer is unavailable, and the hotel offers only one type of beer.

Отдых в Sealife Family Resort оставил в целом очень хорошие впечатления. Отель чистый, уютный, с приветливым персоналом и хорошей организацией отдыха. Все замечания, которые будут указаны ниже, скорее относятся к мелочам и пожеланиям на будущее. Они никак не испортили наш отдых и приводятся больше к сведению администрации, поскольку общее впечатление от отеля осталось отличным.

Питание понравилось. Еда была вкусной, разнообразной и рассчитана на самые разные предпочтения гостей. Всегда можно было найти подходящие блюда, в том числе людям с заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта. Алкоголь также оказался вполне достойным: пиво Tuborg хорошего качества, вино — среднее, но вполне приемлемое. Единственное замечание касается того, что иногда бармены добавляли лёд в напитки руками, а не щипцами, что выглядит не очень гигиенично.

Особенно приятно было видеть на территории кошек. Мы любим животных, поэтому их присутствие создавало дополнительный уют. Однако один из котов выглядел больным, возможно, с лишаем. Он свободно заходил в ресторан и иногда тёрся о чистые тарелки на нижних полках. Хотелось бы, чтобы животное вылечили и ограничили его доступ к местам хранения чистой посуды.

Пляж расположен очень удобно — буквально в нескольких минутах ходьбы через подземный тоннель. Такой проход оказался комфортным и безопасным, хотя в некоторых местах тоннеля приходилось заметно пригибаться. Сам пляж галечный, поэтому рекомендую брать с собой коралловые тапочки. В первой половине дня море обычно было очень чистым и прозрачным, а вот после обеда нередко появлялось довольно много мелкого мусора в воде. При этом отдельным плюсом стало то, что свободные лежаки всегда были в наличии, и необходимости занимать места заранее не возникало.

Номер нам достался с видом на стену соседнего корпуса, поэтому красивого вида из окна не было. Также присутствовал шум от вытяжки. Важно отметить, что такие моменты при бронировании стоит уточнять заранее самостоятельно, чтобы избежать подобных нюансов
