Cons:

Disappointing service and room cleanliness
I recently stayed at sea life hotel and had a mixed experience. The food was average, but the service in the restaurant was quite poor. The staff behaved as if no one was sitting there, and if any food ran out, they wouldn't refill it. Additionally, the bathroom in the room had a terrible smell, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. I hope the management improves these areas

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Location, entertainment in the evening, gym, special dinner at the restaurant. Shirin at the guest relation is very helpful. Narim (I hope I get his name correct) at the restaurant (not the restaurant for buffet) is extremely service minded and had tried everything to make our dinner a very nice experience.

Cons:

The buffet can be better. It has a large variety of options but would have been good if with better taste. The pool is not heated (we knew this in advance though)

Замечательные каникулы всей семьёй
Pros:

Как и год назад провели замечательные каникулы с детьми, и даже отметили несколько улучшений (например бар на пляже, более строгие меры безопасности), остались очень довольны и обязательно вернемся. Особенно понравилось как персонал отметил хэлоуин, очень повезло попасть на такую вечеринку:)

Severe lack of duty of care and poor management response
Cons:

We stayed at Sealife Family Resort from August 22 to August 25, 2026. While the physical resort has some positive aspects, our overall experience was severely marred by inconsistent staff behavior and an alarming lack of basic assistance, professionalism, and empathy when our family needed it most.
Throughout our stay, customer service was a major issue—staff responses were hit-and-miss, ranging from unhelpful to outright rude. However, the true test of a resort's standards happens when guests face unexpected difficulties. Unfortunately, the establishment failed completely:
* Unhelpful Reception: When we urgently requested basic assistance and transport coordination from the front desk, the night staff were cold, dismissive, and failed to follow through on simple requests like booking transport, leaving us stranded and stressed.
* Complete Lack of Support: No member of staff offered proper guidance or practical help, leaving us to navigate a stressful situation entirely on our own despite facing significant language barriers.
* Dismissive Attitude: Simple requests for basic guest accommodation and comfort were met with indifference, poor communication, and delays while staff prioritized other matters and ignored our pressing needs.
* Defensive Management: When we later formally raised these serious concerns in writing, management's response was defensive, out of touch, and unaccountable, attempting to shift blame rather than taking responsibility for the poor service.
Families choose this resort expecting a reliable standard of care and a supportive environment. Instead, we experienced unprofessional behavior and a total absence of guest support when it mattered. Based on this treatment, we cannot recommend this resort and suggest looking elsewhere.

Really nice experience, would definitely come back!
Pros:

Perfect location and really polite staff, especially guest relations department, very child friendly! Food was delicious and various, not a fan of pastries in general, but their pastry and sweets were unreal!

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated and balcony was really small, but I guess they can’t change that

Nous avons passé un bon moment, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé, nourriture délicieuse, excellents cocktails, personnel merveilleux au spa et à la réception, un grand merci à Yüksel pour son accompagnement du transfert
