Great place, would stay longer if it's more affordable.
Pros:

First of all, great location for snow sports and facilities support it well. From lockers per room, to the hot spring public baths.

We had dinner at Kitaguni, which provided exceptional tastes and experiences. With the provided western breakfast buffet, which was good but definitely has room for improvement on the quality of dishes.

Rooms were really clean, awesome views of furano could be seen, bottles of water provided even though we could drink from the tap (it's reassuring)!

Cons:

Air conditioning was near impossible to use. We had to resort to opening the window for some cooling and fresh air. Maybe it's specifically my room?

Mixed feeling.
Pros:

The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. A true delight for a foodie. You are being silly if you don't opt in! I loved how they changed up some of their dishes each day. The corner room on the 5th floor had a great view facing the ski slope. The shower pressure was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is truly a ski in ski out hotel, and it was very convenient to get our ski equipment and ski passes downstairs! It's the heart of the ski resort, even had a cool souvenir shop and a ski shop!

Cons:

The room was dirty. The carpets had funny stains on them, the shower had hair when we first arrived. The room smelled a bit funny on the first day, and on the last day of our stay, there was this horrible fresh sewerage smell through the corridor which eventually spread into our room.. Thankfully we were checking out that morning but it was a very unpleasant experience, especially given the conditions of the room already. Because of the jet lag, we were awake by 6am, but that also meant that the piste bashers were in full swing as well, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs as they were fairly audible.

Excellent location and rooms.
Pros:

Ski in- ski out. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfy. Onsen was good (but sometimes a bit busy). Some of our friends ate at the Japanese breakfast and absolutely raved about it. Ski hire has good quality gear.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is a bit “hectic” (we called it “breakfast combat”).
