La superficie des chambres, la piscines avec trop peu de transats
The location
There was hairs behind our towels , at least 5 long hairs . Dirty walls behind toilet .
Clean other than that .
The sealing in bathroom was open and the next day it wasn’t , so it means some manteiness person has been in our room without our knowledge while we were out . Not great .
The wood around the door was missing . So it looked cheap .
Really small room .
We put do not disturb they still came in to make bed / possibly to fix the roof thing in the bathroom .
Nice beds , nice entry and great outside garden . Ok breakfast .
The placement near the beach and city. Nice old building.

The building itself was very beautiful. It looks very grand and it’s great that there’s an outdoor pool. It’s really well located and easy to walk everywhere. It’s close to lots of restaurants and the train station, so we went to Monaco for the day and it was only 15 minutes in the train. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was visually very beautiful.
The amenities were quite limited. There was no shower body wash or shampoos etc which is unusual for a hotel. They also don’t provide pool towels so everyone had to buy them from a local shop. We were put in a side building separate to the main building, it was adequate but we didn’t realise we would be in a different building when booking. The spa indoor pool was not free so you have to pay to go in which feels a bit cheeky for the price you pay to stay. The breakfast didn’t have the best selection unless you want a pastry or pancake. There was limited fruit and the apples were rotten. The yogurts and coffee weren’t great, it was a pretty cheap breakfast buffet. The room was quite small, we ordered a twin and it didn’t have a mini fridge which would have been nice for water etc. There needs to be better staff enforcement with stopping people hogging the sun beds all day. We found people would leave towels on the limited number of sun beds by the pool for hours and come back after eating or going out which was frustrating as they usually had the best seats under the umbrellas which were limited. It would be good if there was staff removing towels that have been sat there for prolonged periods and if there were extra umbrellas to provide more shade.
Schöne Anlage, Programm für die Gäste, Bar und Restaurant. Klimaanlage. Gute Lage zur Altstadt, Bus und zum Strand. Bahnhof bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Enges Bad. Für ein Hotel in Strandnähe wenig Möglichkeiten seine Handtücher und Badesachen zu trocken. Es gibt zwar Trockner aber nur gegen Aufpreis.
La position géographique et la piscine.
Chambre trop petite pour 2. Une seule armoire pour 2 personnes ????? La chambre qui nous a été allouée était pour une personne seule . Trop chère pour ce que nous avons eu.

il y a eu un problème de climatisation sur ma chambre. L’hôtel m’a remboursé sans difficulté la moitié du montant de la réservation. Le problème a ensuite été résolu pour ma dernière nuit. Je remercie le personnel, qui a été très agréable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour.
