夕飯が美味しい
隣の部屋の話声や音が聞こえる
夕食は美味しかったです。
連泊した2日目の夕食の献立が1日目と重なっている部分があり、その点が少し残念でした。
肉類が食べられない（苦手）人に対してのメニューをもう少し工夫したものにして欲しいです。例えば魚介コース的なものがあれば有難いです。
大浴場が狭いです。
お食事は、突然お願いしたのにも関わらず対応頂き有り難い限りでした。
お部屋は、お風呂もお手洗いもお部屋も綺麗でした！
何よりあのお値段で泊まれるという意味ではだいぶ良心的ではないかなと思います。
バイキングのお食事の所にいらしたスタッフの方はご年配の方も若い方も皆さん笑顔で丁寧に接して下さったので気持ちよくお食事を頂くことができました😊

あえていうのであれば…
ただ食事の内容にたいして一人当たりの金額が高く感じてしまいました。
お部屋は、広々ゆったりという感じではなかったです。ベットだったのでスペースもとられてしまうので仕方ないかなとはおもいました。
共同浴場は、宿泊人数などを考えると小さめな感じでした。脱衣所や洗い場など数が少なかったり狭目な所だったので、ゆっくりお風呂に入るのが難しく皆さんがせかせかと次の方の為に着替えや支度をしていました。
ロケーションが最高。
部屋の窓が大きく自然を感じることができた。
浴室のドアの調子が悪かった。

毎年、泊まらさてもらいますが、絶妙な立地と周辺環境の安心感が、気持ちに余裕をくれるところです。もちろん、部屋の清潔感や空間、借景なども楽しめるように思います。
シェーバーは？と思いましたが、だからこその休日になりました。

洒店在半山，環境很好，房間整潔，只有一個溫泉池，溫泉池不算大。
ウエルカムドリンクがあり、美味しかったです。
景色がとてもよく暗くなるまでカーテンは開けてました!!夕方草津に行って夜に帰ってきて夜景がキレイかな？とカーテンを開けるとまーーっくら。なにも見えませんでした〜
夏にお邪魔しましたが、草はなく芝が整備されていてすごくキレイでした♡散歩できるゴルフコースの芝がハート♡に刈られれてて子どもたちと盛り上がりました♡♡素敵ー!
35度超えの日常生活から脱出して過ごしやすかった!観光した場所によっては夜22度でした。ホテルはエアコンもあったので快適。汗っかきの子どもがいるのでエアコン付きのホテルを探して正解です。
夜は観光したかったので夕食なしにして朝食ありにしました。バイキングでいままで泊まったホテル（那須塩原方面）よりは品数は少なかったけど嫌いな物が多い我が子達もお腹いっぱい召し上がることができました〜オムレツはシェフがその場で焼いてくれて最高ーーー♡ゴルフをみながら食べましたが、景色はいいしゴルフのコースに出る人をみてゴルフはやったことないけど楽しそうでやってみたくなっちゃいました
ホテルの立地もよく白糸の滝、草津温泉スキー場、草津湯畑、伊香保温泉…等いろいろ観光できました〜
お風呂にもカードキーが付いていて、いいじゃん!って思いましたが、故障…。導入してまだ半年らしくて…対処方法がわからなかったみたいでスタッフさんがイライラしていたのでマイナス。故障はしょうがないけどスタッフさん、イライラしないで〜
お風呂が露天風呂一つ。もう少しいろいろと楽しみたいな。洗い場も５人くらいしか使えない感じの狭さです。
食事が美味しかった
チェックインの時に部屋までの案内がなく、途中出会ったスタッフに聞きながらウロウロした😣何処に行っても、最初は部屋まで案内してくれるので、ちょっとビックリ、がっかりした🥶
景色、周囲の静けさ、涼しい気候、清潔で
丁寧なホスピタリティ、料理の味、クオリティ
豪華ではなく高級感を求める人には今ひとつ
