Nice and pleasant stay. The sea beach is near-by which is easy to access along with a swimming pool.

Great customer service, a comfortable bed room service was quick and great value for money will definitely stay there again.

It was a decent hotel , although some amenities i felt were missing. The restaurant is a tad bit expensive and the alley between the rooms is a bit congested.

The stay was really relaxing and wonderful. The staff were very helpful and sweet. Brilliant! Though not too many activities to do at the hotel. Delma island Ferry ride was fantastic. Pristine Beaches at Delma Island beaches.

I'd like to thank Mr. Saddi. (couldn't check his name properly. He's the tall man with no glasses and short hair, always smiling) He's been the most helpful.

This hotel's policy or how it operates is just a mystery to me at best. Kids running around screaming in the hallway and no one stands in line waiting for their turn to check in, but the hotel staff couldn't seem to care less. And no social distancing with 30 people hanging around in the lobby. They hardly speak English so that you'll always be referred to Mr. Saddi whatever you ask them.

Never order food from the bar. What I ordered was chicken wings and it was 8 pieces of dry, tough, bony chicken wings for AED 40. Their food was like a cheap local tavern out of nowhere that overcharges simply because they're the only you can find in town. You can imagine food from convenience stores in the 2000's. Food is way better at its sister chain Dhana Jejebel.

And what kind of housekeeping comes in at 6:30pm? All in all, I would've given 8/10 for a third world inn in the 90's, but not at this price.

The only perk this hotel has are Mr. Saddi and the Cheers, the liquor shop right in front of the building. But unfortunately, if you're looking for a hotel thanks to this country's sensible and prudent policy over booze, this will be the only place for overnight drinking in terms of budget.

Overall trip was good except room service it was late every time we need to call 2 3 time 2nd they don't have any swimming pool at their property you have to walk all the ways to 2nd property for swimming pool.

It was really nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice , as the beach and pool are under renovation we were allowed to use the next door resort facilities which are fantastic, the only down side that there was a dog accompanied with one of the guests which is not acceptable to see a dog wandering around the beach, pool and the restaurant during breakfast even though it was accompanied by his owner.
Overall it was a wonderful stay definitely will go there again.

Recently renovated rooms are very clean and comfortable. Too bad the pool and beach were under renovation, though we were allowed to use the beach of the sister hotel next door.

Very happy with the hotel. I will be staying there for future business trips.
