Lovely hotel in excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent, ferry nearby, walked everywhere to shops, restaurants, castle and coast.Rooms good, spa lovely, dining room spacious, good variety of food for breakfast.Booked two rooms for family. Recommend balcony room for views over lake.

Nothing really, but your staff should emphasize that the 20% coupon is valid for lunch only! Why you don’t allow the discount for evening meals like many other hotels do, especially at Limone sul Garda and other villages from what we understand? The other thing is that none of the international TV channels were available. Should update your list instead of showing something not available.

Déçu de notre séjour
Pros:

Emplacement car lieu très beau au bord de l'eau, belles chambres spacieuses et confortables

Cons:

Personnel de réception peu aimable dès le 1er contact à la barrière d'entrée au parking
Pas expliqué que possibilité d'avoir le service voiturette pour les bagages
Parking à 10min à pied
Check-in très long pour 2 chambres, et n'avons pu profiter de la piscine que 10min au lieu d'une heure!
Pas d'info sur l'emplacement de l'ascenseur pour l'accès aux chambres et quand avons demandé la réponse ne fût pas courtoise du tout !
On s'est fait mal recevoir par le maître-nageur au spa/piscine et mis dehors à l'heure de fermeture sans courtoisie aucune.
Avons réservé le service voiturette pour le jour du départ pour 9h30 et à 9h10, la réceptionniste est venue nous dire que le chauffeur était là et qu'il fallait partir pour 9h20 et que pas de service à 9h30 comme demandé. Nous nous sommes dépêchés de finir notre thé du petit-déjeuner pour arriver à la réception. Quand nous sommes arrivés, plus de chauffeur et il fallait attendre jusqu'à 9h40-45. Aucune information ou avertissement nous a été donné sur le nouvel horaire. Juste pris de haut en nous disant : non il n'y a pas, faut attendre.
Si nous avions eu ses informations lors de la réservation, nous aurions pris le temps d'aller au petit-déjeuner plus tôt. Du coup, pas vraiment eu le temps de manger et avons payé pour !
C'est dommage qu'un tel établissement et au vu des prix payés ne soit pas plus professionnel dans ses informations données aux clients.
La réception est la carte de visite d'un établissement et là malgré la beauté du lieu, de l'établissement, des chambres, ne donne pas envie d'y revenir !
Venant du milieu de l'hôtellerie et restauration cela nous a choqué d'un tel accueil!

Pros:

chambre booking à l'arrivée n°121 inacceptable ,j'ai protesté et on m'a donné la 307 parfaite ,j'avais précisé sur booking vu sur le lac ce qui n'était pas le cas du coup le lendemain avec un supplément de 77 euros j'ai obtenu chambrer 24 parfaite .
Ne pas prendre diner inclus ce que j'ai fait cela fait beaucoup trop à dîner en quantité

Cons:

piscine en eau chaude au moins 35 degrés compréhensible pour un hôtel avec termes mais terrible dans cette période de canicule
