Nice non family hotel in great location
Pros:

Location, clean and cozy

Cons:

Same breakfast every day and spa staff was too strict. We had a 3 year old and they shushed us because she was talking normal tone in the hot tub. Also in the pool, we were told not to pass kid around while in water

In a great position with fabulous thermal pool

Cons:

No kettle, tea, coffee in the room.
Massage was not true to description. Described as agile to increase blood flow. No pressure applied at all. Was the worst massage I’ve ever had. When I gave feedback there was no attempt to rectify the situation.

Fantastic hotel. Would highly recommend
Pros:

Very well run.
Incredible position. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Sitting by the lakeside having drinks.

Cons:

Spa did not inform us that you had to buy flip flops to wear in the spa. The room supplied spa gowns and slippers together and it was not clear that these footwear were not for the spa.
We missed a beautiful sunny day to be in the outdoor spa pool because of insufficient footwear.
Pretty disappointed as it had been torrential rain for a few days before so jumped at the chance when it was sunny to find we couldn’t go in without specialised footwear

First class stay in Sirmione
Pros:

This is our second time staying here, lovely hotel, staff are exceptional!! Amazing location, if you want a view of the lake stay here!!

Cons:

One tiny improvement would be a kettle in the room

Pros:

Helpful, kind staff, relaxing thermal spa, excellent breakfast buffet, location was amazing right next to castle, ferries, other boats.
It was crazy busy though, May 1, a holiday. The crowds were a bit much, so I suggest checking calendar to avoid holidays if possible

Location wise is perfect but there wasn’t many facilities in the room and the smell in the hallways was very off putting
Pros:

Location was perfect, just inside the castle gates.

Cons:

There was often a very bad smell of sewage in the hallways and spa reception area. The room was extremely hot at times as the air con didnt seem to be working and one of the beds was sunken.

Il servizio di riscaldamento / raffrescamento. Weekend di aprile caldo, riscaldamento acceso in stanza a 26 gradi, ho chiesto di abbassarlo e di rinfrescare la stanza, ma mi hanno detto che potevano solo spengerlo e non potevano attivare l'aria condizionata, in stanza c'era un cartello con scritto che aprendo le finestre sarebbero entrate le zanzare, cosi ho chiesto se avevano un dispositivo anti zanzare ma ne erano sprovvisti.
