Wonderful hotel in wonderful surroundings
Pros:

Good position, clean and roomy. Staff excellent, so friendly and helpful.
Took the dinner option and so pleased we did. It was all soooooo delicious.
Certainly helped make out trip away special. I’d say it was excellent ++

The bed was quite hard.
I tried 3 times to communicate with hotel ( twice through Booking.com app and once by there email address) about the parking situation.
No one got back to me

La posizione è bellissima. La spa è molto confortevole e ben organizzata. Il ristorante è ottimo

Il personale di sala al ristorante è poco empatico. Poche le facilities in camera. Visto il prezzo mi sarei aspettata di ricevere qualche campione in più di prodotti e di avere un servizio migliore in camera

Hôtel agréable pour séjour à Sirmione
Pros:

Chambre suite avec belle vue lac, bien agencée
Hôtel calme
Bon petit déjeuner buffet
La piscine chauffée est agréable
Mon mari a eu une attention particulière pour son anniversaire. Merci
Le centre du village de Sirmione est typique, c’est sympa de s’y perdre en balade

Cons:

Le buffet est servi jusque 10h30 mais pas réapprovisionné donc les lèves tard ne bénéficient plus de tout mais on trouve quand même de quoi se régaler!
Notre grand lit double était en fait 2 lits double accrochés l’un contre l’autre, donc quand on dort au milieu les matelas ont tendance à s’écarter, mais ils restent confortables.
Le séjour était agréable
