Beautiful amazing miss it already!!!
Pros:

Location to the lake was amazing. Ladies at reception and check in were fantastic. Breakfast beautiful- cannot fault any part of this hotel. Restaurant staff equally fabulous too.. definitely recommend junior suite… love love love this hotel xxx

Für ein-zwei Nächte - ok
Pros:

Gute, direkte Lage in der Altstadt. Aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Altstadt, da ist ab 4 Uhr morgens die Nacht vorbei (trotz geschlossener Fenster). Dann kommen alle Lieferanten in die Stadt. Das Wellness hat einen sehr warmen Pool. Die Liegen sind alle Richtung Touristenhafen, wo die ganze Zeit Touristenboote lang fahren und es richt ständig nach Abgasen.
Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Duschabtrennungen waren schon sehr veraltet und schmutzig.

Beautiful central location, fab breakfast and great staff
Pros:

Location is exceptional - you're right in the heart of Sirmione and it's such a safe beautiful place. Breakfast was fabulous too overlooking the lake - pure magic. The spa is gorgeous too and really good thermal options.

Cons:

The beds were really uncomfortable for us - very very firm and no extra blankets - otherwise it was perfect

Fantastica posizione, centralissima! Personale molto accogliente e sempre disponibile per dare informazioni, ragazze alla reception molto professionali. La camera era fresca e pulita e i prodotti in dotazione di altissima qualità. La colazione vastissima ma mi permetto di dire che la qualità non era all’ altezza di tutto il resto

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera non era particolarmente insonorizzata e dalle cinque alle sette di mattino abbiamo sentito rumori per la strada che non ci hanno permesso di dormire bene, in spa(non è assolutamente colpa della gestione ma della maleducazione altrui) c’ erano gruppi di persone che non rispettavano il silenzio, bevevano e urlavano da un lettino all’ altro. Ultima precisazione abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione e spa inclusa per un prezzo davvero molto basso per questo non voglio assolutamente lamentarmi della cifra, ma poi abbiamo realizzato che la spa è accessibile a tutti per cui sarebbe stato sufficiente prenotare la camera con colazione inclusa che costava qualcosa di meno.

Pretty historic town, hotel perfectly located, stunning view.
Pros:

Beautiful, perfectly located. Great pool facilities. Comfortable room with quality bedding. Staff helpful, polite and professional. Good quality toiletries.

Cons:

We would have loved a tea/coffee tray with a kettle in our room. Food menu, too limiting for our taste. I felt the pricing was high.
