Lokalizacja , klimat miejsca . Czystość pokoju. Kosmetyki dobrej jakości , mini krem , żel do higieny intymnej . Duża ilość ręczników , codzienny serwis i wymiana na czyste , oraz uzupełnienie lodówki. Basen czynny cały dzień oraz możliwość korzystania z sauny . Na basenie parasol oraz wygodne leżaki . Możliwość korzystania ze strefy spa .

Cons:

Kawa z ekspresu w bufecie słabej jakości i mało smaczna . Można było zamówić u obsługi kawę która smakowała jak kawa .

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Semione war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Besonders schlimm war der Spa- und Poolbereich. Bereits beim Betreten kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der für uns eindeutig nach Kanalisation bzw. Abwasser roch. Der Geruch war teilweise so penetrant, dass man würgen musste und wir den Spa-Bereich praktisch nicht nutzen konnten.

Wir haben diesen Zustand ausdrücklich beim Hotel angesprochen. Statt unsere Beschwerde ernst zu nehmen und der Sache nachzugehen, wurden wir aus unserer Sicht lediglich abgewimmelt. Uns wurde erklärt, dies sei ein „normaler Thermalgeruch“. Diese Erklärung können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir kennen den typischen Geruch von Thermalwasser – das, was wir dort wahrgenommen haben, roch für uns definitiv anders und extrem unangenehm.

Die Situation war für uns letztlich so unzumutbar, dass wir uns entschieden haben, das Hotel bereits am nächsten Tag vorzeitig zu verlassen. Das allein dürfte verdeutlichen, wie sehr der Zustand unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders enttäuschend: Bis heute haben wir vom Hotel keine Erstattung für die aufgrund dieser Umstände nicht mehr in Anspruch genommenen Übernachtungen erhalten.

Auch der Poolbereich konnte nicht überzeugen. Für die Anzahl der Gäste gab es viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die vorhandenen Liegen empfanden wir zudem als ausgesprochen unbequem. Von einem entspannten Aufenthalt am Pool konnte daher keine Rede sein.

Leider setzte sich der schlechte Eindruck im restlichen Hotel fort. Der Teppichboden auf den Hotelfluren war stark verschmutzt, fleckig und wirkte insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. Auch die Dusche bzw. Duschkabine in unserem Zimmer machte auf uns keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Verschiedene Bereiche wirkten verschmutzt, ungepflegt und teilweise stockig.

Hotel was very good for location for ferries and surrounding restaurants and shops
Pros:

Its central location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor with very limited choices. Fruit was from a tin with exception of water melon but this was rarely replenished. Although spa area was a healthy option the smell was unbearable at times and unpleasant to be around
