Bene, ma non benissimo per essere un 4 stelle non economico

Apprezzabile la posizione dell'hotel, affacciato al lago

Cons:

L'albergo è diviso in 2 palazzine, per raggiungere la Spa, se si alloggia nella parte nuova, bisogna attraversare la via in accappatoio e ciabatte. Il personale di sala, poco coordinato e un pò confuso. Poche informazioni spontanee all'accoglienza

Fantastisk lokasjon og herlig personale.
Pros:

Sentralt beliggende med tilrettelagt parkering og shuttlecart ut på øya. Hadde rom med lake-view. Romslig terrasse med solsenger og enestående utsikt. Rent rom og veldig hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Litt slitt, spesielt tepper i gangarealene.
Litt lite utvalg i frokosten. Men dette er kun små forbedringsønsker.

La posizione ottima, la cena molto buona e con una location eccellente nel giardino esterno bellissimo, il personale molto cordiale e premuroso

Cons:

Nella camera non c’era il bidè, la moquette nei corridoi era sporca, l’acqua della piscina era troppo calda per la temperatura esterna afosa, la colazione sarebbe stata molto più gradita se avessimo potuto sederci nei tavoli esterni

Die Lage direkt am See, Hafen und zeitgleich mitten in der Fußgängerzone ist wunderschön. Die Burg Sirmione und der Bootssteg für Ausflugsboote sind direkt vor der Haustür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gewillt zu helfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot reichlich Auswahl.

Cons:

Leider sind durch die direkte Lage am See und Hafen Mückenschwärme unvermeidbar, weshalb der Balkon kaum genutzt werden konnte. Das Wasser des Wellnessbereichs ist schwefelhaltig. Während man den Geruch im Wellnessbereich selbst kaum wahr nimmt, haben die Teppichböden der Zimmer in diesem Gebäude diesen extrem angenommen und war kaum auszuhalten... die Umbuchung in das Haupthaus gegen einen Aufpreis (da nur noch eine bessere Zimmerkategorie frei war) war jedoch problemlos möglich und das Personal war sehr bemüht, uns zufrieden zu stellen.

Some of the staff were quite surly. One lady in the breakfast room and one in the spa area were wonderfully cheerful but most staff looked unhappy.
