Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location, though the room was colder than expected.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my stay feel welcoming. It was a pleasant experience.
The location was very convenient to restaurants and drug stores. The area was safe to walk.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, but very cold, and there wasn't a heater provided, which made it uncomfortable at times. It was a real issue.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, barrio con muchos restaurantes y muy seguro.

Cons:

La reserva ofrecía early checkin sin restricciones ni costos y finalmente lo dejan a “de acuerdo a disponibilidad” lo cual no fue.

Pros:

Fui a ver a Dimash me quedaba a 4 cuadras del Estadio Nacional Azteca amo México su gente sus calles. Desgraciadamente hay algunos taxistas abusadores hay q. Tener cuidado hay q googlear y poner el GPS

Había una galería q me quedaba a 45 minutos algo de Rosario no voy más ahí ibas al baño y querías huir apretabas el botón y al inodoro aparecían aguas servidas marrones el olor ni les cuento. Y había una señora cambiando a su bebé en semejante contaminación. Nada q ver a las galerías de Brasil. Y los precios de Brasil mucho mejores

The location is great. The property and staff are good and nice. The only issue is that this hotel doesn’t have AC. In the afternoon it was very hot. While the fan provided made it survivable, it was not enough. It cooled off deep in the night/morning. Great for October to April perhaps. Otherwise, book at your own risk.
