This property is a little away from the most popular attractions which in this case was extremely nice. The area where we stayed was much calmer, accessible and relaxed then anything near the basilica or bridge. Access, breakfast and the courtyard were all exceptional. Highly recommend it, especially if you want something a little more intimate and quieter.
The breakfast was the most impressive thing about this hotel. The wait staff are also the cooks, so they are knowledgeable about every dish. It was really amazing to have home cooked authentic food and to shake the hands of the people who prepared your meal. Thank you for the great experience!
Travelled here with my family of 6. The unit was room with a large living room, and 3 bedrooms. We stayed in the top floor, be prepared for some stairs to get to the room. The unit is a 10 minute walk to St. Marc’s Square. Check in was easy with friendly and courteous staff.
Great hotel with wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was awesome with lots to choose from and the staff both at the bar and breakfast were great. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed bed, large bathroom and courtyard out front. Only minor issue we had was the quality of the Wifi in our particular room (1st floor at the back of the property). Wifi worked fine everywhere else. Definitely would stay here again.
The breakfast was the best breakfast we had on our 12 day vacation. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
The breakfast service was exceptional and staff was very courteous.
All good
The apartment was great, with a huge terrace. Highly recommend!
Very clean, great location and spacious!
Nice hotel in a central location in Venice
The apartment was great. A lot of space and very clean. The beds are very firm. It was difficult having to bring your luggage to check in, then to the apartment then back to the hotel to check out. The bell hops are not allowed to help with your bags.
.
Great, big Palazzo- the balcony was a venetian fairytale-
the windows and the overall feeling was old world time travelling off the beaten path but only 8 min away from San Marco Square or anywhere you want to see.
It was a really great feel of what it would be like in 15 century Venice. Not in the touristy grand canal Rialto area so it was very charming. But like I said the Rialto bridge was a mere 6-8 min walk away!
Neighbor upstairs was very noisy
Well appointed, comfortable apartment. Excellent location. Bring mosquito repellent.
It’s an alright place at best, but for the overpriced room rates paired with a terrible location that is inconvenient makes it very much not worth the money.
It was a nice home base for our stay in Venice. Very convenient to many of the shops, dining, hostoric landmarks and the grand canal.
Quick walk with bellman to apartment offsite from hotel property. Simply designed, large unit centrally located. It was a beautiful modern space to retreat to after being out all day.
We visited in late March, the week before most UK schools have their holidays, which was a perfect time to visit. I have wanted to visit Venice for most of my life but had put it off as lodging is usually quite pricey. My wonderful husband finally insisted that we splurge and go, but I was still determined to keep the costs reasonable. I really lucked out with Palazzo Paruta where we stayed in the ‘deluxe apartment with terrace’.
The cost was very reasonable for the location - we roamed all over the city and nothing was more than a 20 minute walk. The apartment itself was beautiful, with everything excellently kept and all conveniences (fully equipped kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, two bathrooms with showers). The terrace is incredible - unfortunately it was still a little too chilly to make full use of it, but I enjoyed my coffee out there one morning and it would be amazing in warm weather. The apartment isn’t cleaned during your stay, but that was fine for four nights for the two of us.
I fully intend to return to this incredible city and I will absolutely stay at Palazzo Paruta again and hopefully take advantage of the terrace this time!
Friendly staff Great location
