自動ロックなどの過剰な近代化サービスがなく、血の通うサービスでした。

Cons:

素晴らしい湖畔にあるために、荒天時のアクセスの難しさが非常に残念でした。スタッフさんもご苦労があると思います。

A perfect stay at the lakeside!
Pros:

The location is perfect, direct access to the lake. You’d really enjoy your breakfast and dinner with a wonderful view. Attentive and helpful staff at reception, breakfast and dinner. Also appreciated the coffee and tea service at the lounge. Onsen is amazing, open air looking into the foliage garden. During my two nights stay, one night I enjoyed onsen with snow and the second night with clear starry sky. I did not know the day after our departure, the hotel will be closed for the winter season. Would love to return again at this peaceful place with an outstanding service.

Nice place with great food and lake front access.
Pros:

The outdoor onsen was very well setup with a beautiful garden view and night sky view. The breakfast was decent, I appreciated the hand grinder for coffee in the morning. The lake view is very nice.

Cons:

Not much, it was good. The building itself is starting to look a little dated.
