Exceptionally GOOD
Pros:

This is the best hotel I stayed during this 25days holiday here. Lake Towada was exceptionally beautiful. We arrived during the sunset hour and the view was spectacular. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff Sumi was very professional in helping us do a quick checkin and help us with our luggages to the rooms. Then we receive a surprise French style dinner. The food was so good and we were all very happy. The onsen was good but the water quality was not very good...just spring water with minerals. Rooms are of good size and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

素晴らしいおもてなしの体験
Pros:

全てのスタッフがとても丁寧で温かい対応。十和田湖の景色が時間と共に変化していく様子を見ながらの夕食は最高でした。朝食もとても美味しく、毎日楽しみでした。

Cons:

おそらく宿泊の客層によることなのだろうけれど、ツインのベッド配置の部屋しか選択肢がない。
ツインを中央でくっつけてダブル仕様のお部屋があってもいいのかなと思いました。（私達夫婦はダブルの部屋を基本は選択するので）

目の前が十和田湖で、素晴らしいロケーション！
自動ロックなどの過剰な近代化サービスがなく、血の通うサービスでした。

Cons:

素晴らしい湖畔にあるために、荒天時のアクセスの難しさが非常に残念でした。スタッフさんもご苦労があると思います。

A perfect stay at the lakeside!
Pros:

The location is perfect, direct access to the lake. You’d really enjoy your breakfast and dinner with a wonderful view. Attentive and helpful staff at reception, breakfast and dinner. Also appreciated the coffee and tea service at the lounge. Onsen is amazing, open air looking into the foliage garden. During my two nights stay, one night I enjoyed onsen with snow and the second night with clear starry sky. I did not know the day after our departure, the hotel will be closed for the winter season. Would love to return again at this peaceful place with an outstanding service.
