Mon avis sur mon séjour
J'ai réservé cette chambre par l'intermédiaire de Booking.com en m'attendant à séjourner dans un établissement offrant un bon niveau de propreté. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été très décevante.
En regardant sous le lit, j'ai découvert encore plus de saleté et de déchets, ce qui démontre clairement que cette partie de la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis un bon moment. J'ai pris des photos pour appuyer mes commentaires et montrer l'état réel de la chambre.
Pour le prix que j'ai payé, je m'attendais à une chambre propre et bien entretenue. Malheureusement, cette situation a grandement nui à mon séjour et a laissé une très mauvaise impression.
J'espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux et apportera les correctifs nécessaires afin que les prochains clients bénéficient d'un niveau de propreté à la hauteur des attentes. J'espère également que Booking.com tiendra compte de ce type d'expérience dans l'évaluation des établissements proposés sur sa plateforme.
This place was absolute garbage. Stay away!! The staff barely spoke english, couldn't find my reservation, refused to give me a receipt for my pet fees. I highly recommend staying ANYWHERE but here

The front desk manager was excellent, polite and kind. We didn’t arrive until 1am and they had everything ready for an easy check-in and quick one night stay.
Good location to the highway. Staff was attentive. Room was clean.
The front desk gentleman was warm and inviting. The room was spacious and very clean.

Everything good with one exception, the mattress was very hard. I mean hard. Otherwise, all good.
The room was nice. The bed was soft. The place was clean and welcoming. I slept well and appreciated the amenities.
I did discover the refrigerator had been off for my stay so my food was warm. I needed to buy ice on my way out of town to re-chill the milk and cold cuts for my journey. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. I consider myself reminded that I need to check the fridge and not assume that it will be running just because I'm there.
