La pointe sud de Phuket donne accès à un très beau coucher de soleil

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Phuket. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. Everything was very well organized and the atmosphere was relaxing.

We would especially like to thank Julián from the staff. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help our family with anything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

Not 5 stars hotel for sure

I came after 20 hours of flying with the small 1 year old baby alone and asked for PRIVATE MEETING SERVICE at the airport( in advance approx 5 days prior ) - NO TRANSFER / nobody didn’t it arrange !

After arriving to the hotel with small 1 year old baby - I asked for 1-2 hours early check in ! Answer was NO , I didn’t get any welcoming fruits like my neighbours , no cake at the breakfast with candles for my birthday girl like my neighbours ! I’ve got old and broken floor room and after two scandals by reception - THEY GAVE ME a normal room & small piece of chocolate cake for my baby birthday! But I spent soooo many nervous and time to get it ! No jokes !!!!

The ultimate luxury for relaxing during the holidays.
Pros:

I loved the villa with the swimming pool. The two restaurants were exceptional... The swimming pool and the beach were magnificent.

Cons:

We were there to rest, but there wasn't much entertainment when we left the hotel, and not many shops for shopping.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, polite and showed understanding when we raised concerns. After we addressed issues with our first room, we were offered a better villa, which we appreciated. The buffet selection was generous and interesting, the drinks at the lobby bar were good, and the rooms were generally clean.

Cons:

For over 500 CHF per night, the hotel did not meet five-star standards. Service was not proactive – we often had to approach staff ourselves, signal to be noticed and wait a long time for drinks, even with several employees present. Our first room had an unpleasant smell in the shower and poor lighting. In the second villa, loud music from the lobby bar continued late at night even after the bar was closed, which disturbed our sleep. Food was sometimes not properly kept warm, and even à la carte dishes were occasionally served lukewarm. The payment system (deposit or immediate payment instead of charging to the room) was inconvenient and unusual for this category. The beach is also heavily affected by low tide in the afternoon, limiting swimming for several hours.

Pros:

Clean rooms, nice pool area, decent breakfast

Cons:

Rooms, common areas, and the hotel in general look shabby and in need of renovation; location is really bad with almost no choices of food nearby; service doesn’t match a 5 star standard (eg, it took two reminders and 100 minutes to get a cup of coffee); the beach isn’t clean and you can’t really swim there (the water looks murky with trash and jelly fish in it)
