An amazing and relaxing beachfront stay — highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The beachfront view was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The swimming pool and surrounding environment were amazing, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of food. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything was excellent and well managed. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Amazing resort!
Pros:

The resort is AMAZING!
They have everything, the activities, the pools and the private beach. If youre looking for peace and a place to relax is the best choice.
They have a really nice breakfast as well.
My friends and i enjoyed our stay.
Also thank you so much to Gam, Nat, Yang and Rasha for taking care of us! ❤️

Incredible destination
Pros:

We’ve absolutely loved our stay celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary.

The staff have been incredible, and the special room decoration arranged for our actual anniversary date was just beautiful.

The spa team were also amazing — such a wonderful experience.

The views and beach are stunning, and we already can’t wait to return one day.

A special thank you to Qis at customer service for being so helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay.

Fabulous stay with family and a young child
Pros:

Resort was on the beach. Food and facilities were fabulous. Staff were super friendly and Bem was particularly exceptional with her friendly nature and superior customer service. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Great service, beautiful views, and a very pleasant stay

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa, and our whole family truly enjoyed the visit. From the moment we arrived, everything went very smoothly. Julian gave us a warm welcome and made sure our check-in was seamless, which we really appreciated after travelling.

Our room exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful sea view and a large terrace that made the stay feel extra special. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Our 8-year-old son had a great time at the kids’ club, which was a big plus for our family. Breakfast was also excellent — very extensive, with plenty of choices, and at least at the times we went it felt calm and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and kindly helped with both drinks and food service at the table.

Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with even the smallest requests. The service level really made a positive impression on us.

We can definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Panwa and would happily choose it again when our family returns to Phuket for a holiday.

Unfortunately, we checked out before Sunday and missed the Sunday Funday foam party, but hopefully next time!
