Staff were friendly and warm. Had requested for a surprise since it was my anniversary and my hubby's birthday, staff took great effort to decorate the bed with wishes made from pandan leaves and flowers. They also provide us a small cake to celebrate the occasion.

The place is quiet, excellent for travellers who wants to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea. And the bed was super comfy.

They also provide free shuttle van to area like Central Phuket, Phuket Old Town.

Leena was great at the kids club
Pros:

Leena of the kids club was great, which made our daughter love to go to the kids club almost daily. Overall great hotel. Only not many restaurants nearby, but there is a shuttle to Central Phuket which takes about 30 min
