Staff were friendly and warm. Had requested for a surprise since it was my anniversary and my hubby's birthday, staff took great effort to decorate the bed with wishes made from pandan leaves and flowers. They also provide us a small cake to celebrate the occasion.
The place is quiet, excellent for travellers who wants to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea. And the bed was super comfy.
They also provide free shuttle van to area like Central Phuket, Phuket Old Town.

Leena of the kids club was great, which made our daughter love to go to the kids club almost daily. Overall great hotel. Only not many restaurants nearby, but there is a shuttle to Central Phuket which takes about 30 min
It is one of my best stays in Phuket. The hotel offers a variety of activities and things to do, an amazing sea view, and the whole team is very friendly and helpful you feel you are at home among friends.

The atmosphere at Edge Restaurant was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and took great care of us. Special thanks to Khun Kik for the exceptional service and for making our experience even more enjoyable.
We just ended eight amazing nights at Phuket Pullman Panwa beach . Our fifth stay at the hotel and will definitely be back . Huge thanks to Nat from the welcoming services. Nat made our stay so comfortable and always had a huge smile on his face .
Big shout out too to Air at the Tamarind Restaurant, Aun ,Kate ,Vin and Par at breakfast who helped us with everything we needed ! Pool and beach are stunning . Even had Thai boxing at beach front area . Great gym too .

The breakfast was a highlight with abundant variety and consistently good quality,I'm also got a very good care from K.Tip, K.Yah and K.Aum they were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We recently stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
The resort is located in a quieter part of Phuket, making it a great choice if you're looking to escape the crowds, while still being close enough to Phuket Town for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.
The beach is peaceful with calm waters, perfect for relaxing or a gentle swim. However, if you're looking for large waves and a classic surf beach, this may not be the place, as it faces a sheltered bay and the sea is generally very calm.
To make the celebration even more special, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room for my daughter's 21st birthday. It was a lovely surprise and a wonderful gesture that made her feel truly celebrated.
We did experience some confusion regarding the breakfast arrangement. Whether it was because we misunderstood the explanation at check-in or the information could have been communicated more clearly, it led to several days of uncertainty. Thankfully, Micky stepped in and helped resolve the issue. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to our stay.
Micky's service truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His excellent customer service deserves special recognition.

Phuket is my favourite summer destination. It is our first time to stay in Pullman Phuket Panwa Resort. Everything is wonderful there. The staff provide meticulous service to us. Mickey always give us warm smile and professional suggestions about our itinerary. He is slways attentive to all residents in the hotel. Thanks for him to suggest us and help us to book a table on the beach side for the meat lover buffet. That is one of the highlights of our stay in the hotel. The weather was adversive but the dinner made us forget the tedious rain. I hope we can come back next year and enjoy the thoughful and professional hospitality of your staff, Mickey is named one of them.
For the housekeeping, it is efficient and clean.
The amenity and the breakfast is also outstanding.
I hope I can spend another vacation in the resort in near future.
