The place to be for families
Pros:

This was an amazing stay.
We loved our room with sea view (sunrise facing), the breakfast selection, the kind staff.
This is definitely a hotel built around families; there were so many small kids and the staff was super helpful towards all parents. Our 5 months old was treated wonderfully, we had no stress and there were stroller friendly ways to get anywhere. If you're a young couple looking for Phuket vibrant scene, this is not the hotel for you as it is far away from town, but if you are a family wanting to relax, this IS the place to be.

Cons:

Not a problem for us, but the beach is tidal, so there are times when the sea is receding. Honestly for us it was a plus, it was wonderful for sunrises walks. The hotel is far away from town, but there are few nice massages and restaurants outside!

5 out of 5. Best vacation ever. Loved everything about it. We were greeted like kings and queens by Bem Yang Tommy. Loved every part from the atmosphere to the beautiful staff. Awesome time. Excursions and getting around was easy because everyone so helpful and positive. Our person cleaning our room was amazing and made special touches to our room . I highly recommend this hotel and area to anyone. The patience and love that is given with everything they do. Just awesome.

Das Frühstück war großartig. Die Pools und der Strand waren toll, es waren immer Liegen zu finden. Eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Auf unserer Terrasse gab es leider keine Möbel und sue war sehr klein. Somit konnte man dort leider nicht sitzen. Wir hätten lieber ein geschlossenes Badezimmer.

A great beachfront hotel
Pros:

We are currently enjoying a stay at the Pullman Panwa Hotel. This beachfront hotel has a great atmosphere and 1st class facilities. It’s great to have the shuttle service to Phuket Old Town and to the Walking Street markets. What makes the hotel so special are the wonderful staff that have treated us so well from the moment we arrived.
A very special thank you to Gam. Who discovered a mistake in our booking which would have meant us changing rooms after 1 night.
She went to considerable trouble to find us a room that we could stay in for our 12 night stay and upgraded us to a beautiful beach front pool villa, for a very reasonable price, which was beyond our expectations. Her professional and kind approach to 2 tired and grumpy arrivals was outstanding. Thank you Gam 🙏
While all the staff are excellent I would also like to say a special thanks to Bem in guest relations who is always so helpful and delightful to deal with whether making sure we could watch our TV in English or downloading the local Uber app on our phones. Also a shout out to the chefs in Acqua restaurant where all our à la carte choices have been 1st class.
Again in Acqua, thanks to Pare, a waitress with the gift of making every guest feel special.
We highly recommend this hotel.

Fell in love with this stay 💖✨
Pros:

Just stayed here and honestly… I’m in love 🫶✨
The room was super comfy, everything felt clean and cozy. — The vibe of the hotel is amazing, so relaxing and beautiful, exactly what I needed.

But what really made this trip special was the staff 💖Especially Khun Aun at the restaurant — she took such good care of me and my family with so much warmth and kindness. It felt so genuine and made us feel really welcome.

Definitely coming back again, no doubt about it! 🏝️💫

Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel jedoch eher als ein gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel statt eines 5-Sterne-Hotels einordnen, und es ist
Pros:

Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön, und man kann die Tage gut im Resort verbringen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gut. Der Strand hingegen ist im Vergleich zu anderen eher weniger überzeugend. Zwar sieht er vom Hotel aus schön aus, hat aber stark mit Ebbe zu kämpfen. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, dennoch ist es gut zu wissen – vor allem, wenn man viel Zeit im Meer verbringen möchte.

Cons:

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war ich vom Geruch ziemlich geschockt – es roch extrem feucht, so wie es auch schon in einigen anderen Bewertungen beschrieben wurde. Als ich sofort zur Rezeption ging, wirkten die Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich überrascht und boten mir direkt ein Entfeuchtungsgerät an. Das habe ich jedoch abgelehnt und stattdessen auf ein anderes Zimmer bestanden. Das muss ich dem Hotel wiederum positiv anrechnen: Der Zimmerwechsel verlief problemlos, und wir bekamen schnell ein anderes Zimmer.

Nichtsdestotrotz finde ich es schade, dass dem Hotel dieses Problem offenbar bekannt ist und die betroffenen Zimmer trotzdem vergeben werden.

Mein Tipp: Wenn ihr das gleiche Problem habt, besteht unbedingt auf ein anderes Zimmer. Es gibt definitiv auch Zimmer ohne Feuchtigkeitsgeruch – dann kann man das Hotel durchaus weiterempfehlen
