Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and full of great activities, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible activities team.

A big thank you to Bank, Thomas, Pan, Amir, Daniel, and MJ. They are all so friendly, energetic, and professional. They made every activity fun and engaging, and they always made guests feel welcome and included. Their positive energy really creates a wonderful atmosphere around the resort.

It’s clear they genuinely care about the guests and go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great time. Because of them, my stay became even more special and memorable.

Highly recommend this resort, especially if you enjoy fun activities and meeting such an amazing team!

We were a group of six and stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort from March 18 to 20. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We arrived around 1:30 PM, a bit earlier than the official check-in time of 3 PM. The staff member who welcomed us, Nat, was incredibly warm and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions, showed us around the resort, and introduced the facilities in detail. Thanks to him, the waiting time felt relaxed and enjoyable.

While waiting, the kids had a great time playing billiards in the lobby, which kept them happily occupied.

The location of the resort is excellent, with stunning views of the sea. As a bonus, we even spotted the Genting Dream cruise ship passing by from Singapore, which was quite a memorable moment.

The resort seems to attract more Western guests, so the food options are slightly more Western-oriented.

There are also plenty of activities available. We enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking at the beach, and in the afternoon, we explored the tidal flats. There are many small and fascinating creatures hidden there—you just need a bit of patience to spot them. The kids especially loved this part.

Overall, this is a beautiful resort with great facilities, thoughtful service, and plenty to do. Highly recommended for families.

Our stay at this hotel in Phuket was truly memorable, thanks to an amazing team who made everything feel easy and special.

A special mention to Julian, Anton, and Bem from the welcomers team. They really made a difference to our trip. From suggesting beautiful sunset spots to helping us arrange transportation around Phuket, they were always helpful and genuinely warm.

Darren and the F&B manager were very polite and attentive throughout our stay. A lack of lunch options at the property tbh but the entire F&B team did a great job and the service was consistently good.

The housekeeping ladies were wonderful. Everything was always clean and they were always kind and smiling.

Driver Prasik become my best friend pretty much! He was the most genuine and cheerful guy I met during the stay.

Overall, the staff across the hotel were excellent and made us feel very welcome.

We stayed in the Beach Pool Villa Beachfront, which was lovely. It was especially nice during high tide when the views and overall experience felt even more special.

Our experience at the Pullman met all our expectations. We stayed in an ocean front pool villa which was amazing and well worth the expense. Staff were super helpful especially Kung and Tak from housekeeping. There are a range of daily activities for guests, both inclusive and for additional costs take advantage of the various happy hours if that is your thing. On site dining was very pleasant; Tamarind is worth the special treat especially their less familiar Thai interpretations… prawn cakes were divine, Rick lobster and green curry sauce sublime. There are very good local restaurants a short taxi ride away on the water front to the south. Across from the hotel entrance are local laundry services and Thai massage places which are handy!

We visited this place for our babymoon and the property and the staff is top tier. Special shoutout to Nat at the front desk, Pan from lifestyle, Micky and May who made the entire stay memorable for a lifetime. We cannot wait to visit again.

Pullman Phuket, Panwa Beach Resort, is amazing! The location is good,pharmacy, supermarkets,and restaurants is around the corner,The room is spacious,and clean.The views is paradise,very relaxing.The staff are very accommodating,helpful, and always smiling.Thanks to Mickey,your amazing!

We stumbled upon the Pullman hotel by chance as we were booking same day. This resort far exceeded our expectations. My husband, 2 children, nannies and myself came to the resort and being at the hotel was the highlight of our trip. The beach was perfect for my 2 year old - sandbars for days at low tide - the kids activities kept my 8 year old boy busy during the day. Food throughout the resort was absolutely delicious and we ate most of the meals here. We would absolutely return to this resort again next time we are in Phuket.

I had a great experience, the service was excellent, especially from the young man Julián Danilo Peña. I was very well looked after by him and the hotel. I would highly recommend it.

The staff is very nice and friendly specially Mr NAT, Fahasai. They are always nice and helpful.

Amazing service and hospitality. Stayed for birthday and they setup the decoration and give cake. Talay spa gave the best relaxing massage.

Der Strand war für Phuket sehr entspannt leer.
Das Essen war sehr gut, allerdings auch dem Hotelpreis entsprechend.
Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Poor service from F&B team , you have to wait like 20 min to get cup of milk for your tea , food itself was fine and the glass for everything are dirty , I don’t know if they polished them ever , the beach is not really impressive, if you want to swim I will have to disappoint you , water is not deep at all , even when tides are high , so you will have go to pool which is also 1,4 m deep , and of course they had to place us next to construction site , as someone who also work in luxury hotel , I would say my stay there was extremely disappointing, for the amount of money you pay there for service it is not worth.
