I staff was EXCELLENT!!! Bem, QI, the young gentleman at the front desk, everyone worked well together and were so attentive to detail. We had a wonderful experience!!! I stayed in every type of room all the way to the Villa. Each room got better and better! I loved the beach and the scenery was so relaxing.
I didn't like the fact I had to leave! lol
We are so impressed by the resort. It's one of our best travel stays yet. Mos was a great host. Besides being so helpful and friendly, he upgraded us to a villa, which was gorgeous and roomy, with a private pool and enormous bath. The other facilities are fantastic as well, including a beautiful pool, beach kayaks, paddle boards, and a giant chess and connect 4 game on site. There's also several outside restaurants in walking distance if you like exploring a little. Thank you Pullman-- we would absolutely stay again :)
My stay was wonderful! From the beginning I felt very welcome by the whole team, especially by Bem. She was super friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel, it was beautiful!

I am officially the laziest reviewer on Earth—I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes horribly wrong, or, in this rare case, horribly RIGHT. Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort completely ruined my streak of silence because they are simply too good.
I’ve traveled to over a dozen countries in the past few years, so I like to think I’ve seen it all. Yet, this place easily swiped a spot in my all-time Top 3 worldwide.
The secret sauce here is definitely the staff. They treat you like a human being, not just a room number. Instead of hitting you with rigid, robotic corporate policies, they solve everything with a genuine, flexible, and hilarious-how-easy-they-make-it human touch. They basically upgraded my Phuket holiday from "great" to "legendary."
Two people specifically ruined my plan of being an anonymous guest because they were just too outstanding:
1. Jane at the Front Desk
2. Packy, the Duty Manager
These two are absolute rockstars. Professionals at heart, but with a warmth that makes you feel like you've known them for years. Thank you both for such a memorable stay!

Pullman stay was awesome! The people were great, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was really good, and I appreciated that they had a separate halal section. Special thanks to Kae, who was super kind, quick, and helpful during my stay.
We just checked out of Villa 2001 on June 13th. This was actually our 5th stay at this property, but our very first time since it rebranded to "Pullman." We absolutely love staying here because of the location; it’s close to the city center but still quiet and tucked away from the noise.
First off, a huge shoutout to Fiw and Mickey at the front desk for the warm welcome and the complimentary room upgrade! Mickey, in particular, was so attentive and always greeted us throughout our stay, which really made us feel valued. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and can't wait to come back.
A special thanks to Kate and Raymoo at the breakfast buffet. Their service went above and beyond our expectations. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and took great care of us the entire morning.
Another unforgettable highlight was our visit to the Edge Bar during happy hour on June 12th. We didn't catch the name of the staff member (we think he might be the manager or team lead), but his service was top-notch. He even remade a drink for us without hesitation, even though the mistake was entirely our own. Later that evening during dinner, we were looked after by a wonderful staff member whose name on the receipt showed Kamonchanok. She was absolutely lovely, constantly anticipating our needs, and super knowledgeable about the food at her station. Her recommendations were spot on!
While the property is on the older side and showing its age a bit, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. Overall, highly recommended!
Excellent staff service, feels very luxurious from the beginning. Rooms were incredibly spacious, and clean. Resort is large and has activities throughout the day. Has its own beach section

Great the hotel breakfast had Indian options, but was not great quality, needs improving.
The Pullman, Cape Panwa is located on the sheltered side of the cape with pools and a gentle sloping beach to the Andamen sea, safe to swim and canoe/paddle board in. Despite the rainy season, we still had plenty of sunny times. We had a lovely sea view room that was well equipped. All staff encountered were very friendly. We mainly ate in the Aqua restaurant, there were great buffet breakfasts and good range of food in the evenings. Thanks in particular our housekeeper (room 6301), also to Arif and Yogi who were efficient and professional hosts at breakfast and evening meals, along with other staff.
