Cons:

Staff was rude too me as if i shouldnt be there
Also room had a strange smell had to buy air freshner

Terrible staff, who tried to charge extra money, and entered our room when we were out.
Pros:

The unit was very pleasant. The staff were shocking!!

Cons:

The staff were rude and aggressive.
1. The owner denied allowing us to stay until 6pm, even though you can see from the images they confirmed
2. They tried to claim additional money for babies staying, even though their policy says "Children of any age are welcome", and fees are due for extra beds, which we didnt have.
3. The owner entered our room without our permission when out for lunch and went through all our personal belongings and moved them out of the room and into a corridor cupboard

Thankfully only had to. Stay one night.

Unfortunately the room smelt badly off cats & the bed was hard like a rock😢 it was disappointing as its location is ideal.

Location was good. Central to tram stop. Room was big enough.

Walls are paper thin. Upstairs neighbour was loud until 4am. Bed was rock hard.

Sort out the mess with the booking.com description! Parking is a real problem here.
Pros:

The Room itself was good, modern and recently decorated.

Cons:

I booked through booking.com. There you have an option to pay for parking. I did so. The Apartments, however, say they have no parking available, except directly with them. Neither booking.com nor the Apartments are taking responsibility for this. The Apartments say it's booking.com's error; booking.com say they can't do anything. Lost my money. And you WILL need parking if coming by car; all street parking around is heavily time controlled. Also note the Apartments have no lift.

Fully renovated room short walk from the beach
Pros:

Clean, new, price.
Place was fully renovated and was very comfortable. Short walk from the beach. Great price

Cons:

Was in room 12 upstairs and could hear the floor underneath opening draws, walking etc when they arrived home.
Must move car to avoid being towed in morning and afternoon.
