We would stay again
Pros:

It was central to dotonbori which is what we wanted. Suitable for 4 of us in one room

Cons:

Could've been a little cleaner. ie. There was food under bed and under lounge/sofa that was not from us but other than that it was good enough. Certainly not a 5 star property but did the job when we were out all day apart from sleeping

客室内の清掃が行き届いていた。

Cons:

エレベーターホールに近い部屋だったので、夜間廊下での話し声がうるさかった
バスルームの換気扇は作動しているが室温が異常に高くて、部屋にでると涼しくて温度差を感じた
冷蔵庫の作動音があまりにもうるさい。

We had a pleasant stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shinsaibashi.
Pros:

The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staffs were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Our stay met our expectations and we had a positive experience throughout.

Pros:

신사이바시역에서 가깝고 건물 1층에 야키토리집, 바로 건너편에 세븐일레븐이 있어요. 또 근처에 모스버거, 빈티지샵들이 있어서 편리합니다.

Cons:

먼저 지저분하고 어두컴컴해요. 방에 들어가자마자 습한 냄새가 났어요. 화장실에는 군데군데 곰팡이와 나방파리가 붙어있어요. 나방파리는 잡아도 잡아도 하루에 4마리쯤 계속 나타나요 ㅠㅠ 아마 하수구나 욕쥬 어디쯤 서식하나봐요. 건물 자체가 낡은 느낌이예요. 복도도 어둡고 습한 냄새가 나요. 호텔이 아니라 낡은 모텔 느낌이네요.
또 창문이 불투명해서 밖이 안보여요. 창문도 안열려서 직원이 왔는데, 직원도 열지 못했어요. 겨우 창문을 열어보니 한뼘정도 열리는데 실외기뷰.. 아예 뷰라는게 없더라구요. 방안에서 밖이 하나도 안보이니 너무 답답하고 재미없었어요.
호텔 건물에 진입할때 계단이 있어서 캐리어를 들고 이동해야합니다. 가장 가까운 지하철역 출구도 엘리베이터를 운행하지 않아서 캐리어를 들고 계단을 한참 올라야해요. 상당히 불편했습니다.

Bad experience at MyStays in Osaka
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located in the Shinsaibashi area.

Cons:

Very very small room. When we asked to get a bigger room, they told us that there was only a suite, which we had to pay at full price, instead of just paying the difference. As we had three nights in this hotel, we only kept the first night and canceled the next two nights. Not recommended.

It is a very convenient location. It is walking distance to many shops, Dontonbori and famous Glico sign.
Pros:

It was very clean.

Cons:

The stairs at the front of the hotel made it difficult to carry the luggage up and down to the lobby.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was outstanding. We would leave the hotel in the morning and return to a perfectly cleaned room every day. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work!

In terms of comfort, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I often have difficulty sleeping in hotels, but here I was able to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep every night.

The hotel also offers great value for money. The room size was decent for the price, making it a very worthwhile choice.

The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from Shinsaibashi Station, Daimaru, Parco, and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located across the building, and there is a restaurant on the ground floor that stay open until 2:00 AM, as well as a café right next door.

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Osaka. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable. Your kindness and helpfulness were truly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2度目の宿泊でした
Pros:

駅からも近く便利。
スタッフさんの対応も親切でした。
前にも感じたのですが、ここのホテルの枕がとても寝やすくて私には最高でした。

Cons:

お部屋の入口の施錠がもう１箇所くらいしっかりとあると良いかなと思いました。
