Good location, close to Dontonbori.
Pros:

Location was great, very close to station and about a 20 min walk to Dontonbori.

Cons:

Room was ok, no air conditioning in room, just a small heatpump. No elevator from street level to level 1. Made it hard to carry all bags. Although on the last day, the staff came and helped lift the bags down the stairs for me.

The location and space were excellent, but there is still much to be improved on.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, since it was relatively quiet and was near a lot of stores and restaurants. I also liked how they provided a lot of free amenities in the lobby. Lastly, the room was pretty spacious compared to other hotels in Japan.

Cons:

There was no ramp in the entrance, so it was very inconvenient to carry our luggages up to the elevator. There was also one staff member who was not helpful and seemed pretty cranky while responding to my concern. The hallway in our floor was not well-lit, which made it pretty scary to go out at night. Lastly, we hoped there was a water dispenser or free water provided in the lobby.

Месторасположение отличное - рядом метро и добираться везде очень удобно.
размер номера стандартный для Японии.
чистота - оставляет желать лучшего.

Cons:

определенно не стоит бронировать этот отель курильщикам. нет специально отведенного места для курения, нет никаких сообщений об этом до момента заселения. если бы знали это заранее - не стали бы бронировать!
с утра в непосредственной близости от отеля до 10-11 утра негде выпить кофе или позавтракать.
