Die Lage und das Personal

Cons:

Leider wurden wir im Vorfeld in keiner Weise darüber informiert, dass sich während unseres Aufenthalts rund 900 Kinder im Hotel befanden. Diese Information wäre für unsere Buchungsentscheidung absolut entscheidend gewesen und hätte zwingend transparent kommuniziert werden müssen.

Die Situation vor Ort war entsprechend sehr enttäuschend. Die Kinder waren über weite Strecken extrem laut, rücksichtslos und teilweise respektlos. Es kam sogar vor, dass mitten in der Nacht aus purer Spielfreude an unsere Zimmertür gesturmklopft wurde. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen war kaum Entspannung möglich. Die Lobby wurde dauerhaft von grossen Kindergruppen belagert, was zu einem konstant hohen Lärmpegel führte. In den Zimmergängen wurde gerannt und geschrien, wodurch an Ruhe nicht zu denken war.

Der Poolbereich war praktisch nicht nutzbar. Durch ständiges Hineinspringen und Herumtoben ohne Rücksichtnahme war ein entspanntes Schwimmen nicht möglich.

Das Essen war qualitativ gut, wurde jedoch stark durch die grosse Anzahl an Kindern beeinträchtigt. Buffets waren häufig leer oder bereits stark beansprucht. Ein geordnetes Anstehen war selten möglich, da sich viele Kinder vordrängten. Wir mussten bewusst sehr spät essen gehen, um überhaupt noch einen Platz zu bekommen und lange Wartezeiten zu vermeiden.

Zusammenfassend ist die fehlende Vorabinformation über diese aussergewöhnliche Situation unser grösster Kritikpunkt. Ein solcher Aufenthalt hat mit Erholung nichts zu tun. Wir erwarten in solchen Fällen deutlich mehr Transparenz sowie ein aktives Management der Situation vor Ort.

Schöne Lage, schönes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück und alle MA aben sich sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Nachtruhe war aufgrund eines Fussballevents leider nicht gegeben. Unruhe auf den Gängen und Zimmern.

Great view but crazy noisy and so so busy.

Cons:

The hotel was hosting a kids sport event. I understand that it was fully booked but there was not enough staff to keep up with mess and noise. We had no sleep with kids screaming in the hallways and banging on doors; walls were paper-thin. The room was clean but tiny. This is a last one for us

Veliko parkerišče

Cons:

Eno veliko razočaranje. Hotel je poln športnikov ki so na pripravah. Zlasti veliko je najstnikov. V hotelski bazen sva se šla kopat okrog 16h. Ta hotel sva izbrala zato ker ponuja bazen. Čez približno 15 minut je prišla vodja neke skupine iz Avstrije in nas kar pregnala na drug konec bazena ker so oni rezervirali bazen za dve uri. Tako da so oni imeli več kot polovico bazena zase, mi ostali gosti ( ki nas ni bilo malo) smo imeli ostalo. Pa ti zdej plavi. Če ponujajo opcijo rezervacije bazena za skupine potem naj jim določijo ure ko je to možno naresti in o tem obvestijo ostale goste. Ne pa da ležim na ležalniku in gledam njih kako plavajo. Če bi vedela da bo tako bi ostala v Puli.
Zvečer pri večerji so naju posedli pri mizah ki so bile postavljene kot v menzi. Sedela sva obkrožena z najstniki kot na šolski ekskurziji in pila deci vina za 6€ in pivo za 5€. Ni mi šlo skupaj. Ali znižajte cene ali pa zvišajte standarde. Mogoče tudi pozimi sprejemajte samo športnike na pripravah. Prišel sem uživati v miru ne pa poslušati dretja najstnikov.
Seveda je bila tudi hrana temu primerna. Izbira je bila, ampak kakovost ne ravno.
V hotelu v Poreču ki je tudi 4* so tudi imeli športnike. V restavraciji se niso mešali z ostalimi gosti.
Osebje je prijazno vendar ti ne morejo nič pomagati ker so dobili taka navodila od nadrejenih. Prišla sva malo pogledat hotel za tedenski poletni oddih vendar ne. Prvič, zadnjič in nikoli več.
