Great stay at Kawagoe Prince Hotel!
Pros:

I like how clean this Prince Hotel is! Kind staff too.

Cons:

Parking is a bit difficult. It would be helpful if parking directions were included in the booking description or a message sent from the hotel beforehand.

Pros:

The staff was really helpful and nice.

The location was pretty good.

Cons:

The furnitures were pretty old. The bathroom was old and squeaky.
And it was quite dark.

Pros:

施設は古いですが綺麗なフォトスポットのようなものがあったり、清掃も行き届いていてロビーは特に素敵でした
フロントの方々の対応も親切でよかったです
蔵造りの街まちや、新河岸川の桜、氷川神社なども徒歩圏内でコンビニや飲食店などもたくさんあり食事にも困りませんでした

立地が良く観光スポットに近い。駐車場代が安くスタッフの配慮で時間を延長してくれた。

Pros:

近隣での交流会のあとに必ず宿泊しています。
今回は、宿泊は24日に一泊でした。
夜間遅くのチェックインでしたがスムーズな対応でした。
いつも早朝のチェックアウトで、カウンターには不在の事が多いことは気にしたことは無いのですが、今回は私の足音を聞き、チェックインの時に対応してくれた職員の方が出てきて、「有難うございました。またのお出でをお待ちしております」と言って頂き、温かい気持ちになりました。
