Pros:

Great location. Very clean and rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit outdated. But spotless clean. Reception staff were weird, polite though. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pros:

L’équipe du petit déjeuner était très accueillante et polie.
Pareil pour la réception qui nous a aidé au mieux à chaque fois que nous les avons sollicité.

Price is acceptable but I will go again only with good reason
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

The air conditioner sucks, it doesn’t work no matter what temperature you set, it’s centralized controlled which makes me uncomfortable (too hot)

駅改札出てすぐにある。コンビニも近い。
チェックイン時間前に案内していただいた。ミネラルウォーターがある。

This is the best hotel I chose in Kawagoe. The hotel is highly recommended from my friends in Tokyo.
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent. We like the Japanese dishes very much. The people working there are very nice, professional and are always ready to help.

Cons:

Just a little suggestion for the coffee machine having English signs to show their functions. Many thanks.
