A minor inconvenience as couldn’t connect my iPhone to the TV so no in room media.
This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and as always, it was an excellent experience. This time, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Shahid at the reception for being incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made sure we got a lovely room and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. I keep coming back because of the consistently great experience, and I will definitely continue booking this hotel every time I visit. Highly recommended!
Absolutely nothing. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.
The hotel is centrally located and beautifully maintained. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is conscientious and checked on us throughout the day to see if we needed anything. The buffet at Ginger Park Rotana is varied with international offerings and everything we tasted during our 5 night stay tasted delicious - hats off to the chefs. The staff in Ginger restaurant are courteous and welcoming and our dining experience (breakfast and dinner) during our stay was especially enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay and we would love to go back again!
