Pros:

Enjoyed an amazing lunch at the cafe in park Rotana .Amazing service from Ei and Hsu ! Very attentive and great customer service. The chef Anthony came to check on the food . Salad was so delicious .highly recommend

Great experience at the hotel. Hsu in particular at the Starbucks Cafe was a delight, continuous service with a smile, couldn't ask for more. Great addition to the team! Would give 6 stars if I could

Great stay due to unexpected events!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, and nice suite with fridge, washing machine, kitchenette. We are here due to air space being closed, so it is very busy here. The staff have been so helpful and friendly and accommodating.

Great choice for your stay
Pros:

I loved my stay at Park Rotana. We have been welcomed with a room upgrade but most important during our stay we have been always assisted by friendly staff who helped us in different ways. Very large breakfast, many options to choose from

Great service at Park Rotana
Pros:

Great staff all around, good buffet breakfast with very friendly serving staff starting from the manager Vinod, who besides managing also gives a helping hand and also Pavithra who always tries hard to accommodate any food request. Well done to all the staff.

Guiltyfish Brunch - Suggestions to Improve

Brunch review
Went to Guiltyfish brunch on Saturday, concept was good, price point good, DJ played great tunes however far too loud for the room, only 5 tables filled, out of probably 20, difficult to hold a conversation. Additional saxaphonist playing over the dj tunes at times was a little strange and overwhelming not needed. Also found it odd that young children were at this type of adult brunch. Food although small choice was very, very good, hats off to the chefs. Service could have been better, reminder for refills. Shame as concept is great just a few tweaks and need to pull the right adult crowds in to make this successful which I am sure it will be, until then I'll skip this one.
