La disposition de hall pour chaque niveau avec des fauteuils. L'espace en terrasse et l'animation de karaoke et le petit déjeuner somptueux.

Atendimento prestado.

Cons:

A hora do check out das 14 horas me parece tarde dado que os voos chegam muito cedo a Dar Es Slaam ou de madrugada. Por mim deveria ser as 11 horas.

Oke maar kan veel beter
Pros:

Personeel en locatie dicht waar ik moest zijn airport shuttle zelfs na 1.5 uur vertraging was nog steeds aan het wachten op me was wel duur 35 dollar voor 1 persoon maar ze laten 4 personen toe voor deze prijs

Cons:

De hygiene de muur hing vol stof zelfs deurlijsten of ze net renovatiewerken hadden uitgevoerd bed was oke er ontbraken lampen in verlichting maar de kamer was voor 3 personen bedoeld ontbijt is indisch niet echt europees of amerikaans maar dat is meestal wel normaal in tanzania

we had a lovely and relaxing time, the hotel is well located
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a very good variety e.g local, foreign selection

Cons:

not sure if the main restaurant serves dinner as it was only open for breakfast during our stay, we thought we would have a proper dinner there on one of the nights. however we still had dinner in the upper restaurants

A very nice hotel in a convenient location, in a safe and quiet area.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh coconuts served at the beginning. Both the African and European dishes were delicious. The chef/manager personally came to greet us and have a short conversation, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some light refurbishment, particularly the staircase leading to the upper restaurant, the corridor floors, and the tables in the rooftop restaurant. The lunch box we received due to our early morning safari could be improved. As we were leaving very early, we couldn’t take advantage of the regular breakfast. Small sandwiches would have been more practical, rather than yogurt without a spoon and a hard-boiled egg. It might be worth considering a more convenient and easy-to-eat set for future guests.

Just an okay stay, needs improvement
Pros:

The location was convenient - easy to move around to different places around the area either by walking or Uber

Cons:

My first room had a great city view but was damp, smelly, and freezing cold. Following maintenance's unsuccessful attempts to fix the AC, the staff were very helpful and understanding, moving me to a much better room in the middle of the night.
