Convenient and safe
Pros:

Hamira and Wilfred were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room was affected by the plumbing system so we had really uncomfortable scents coming out.

The second room was very humid to the extend that floors were getting wet (danger of slipping)
