Great staff, very helpful after a long day!
Pros:

Booked last minute after a crazy flight delay that left us stuck for 24 hours, easy check in and lots of assistance for a late dinner, good breakfast and the operations manager really took care of us and made us feel welcome while we waited for our new flight
