Clean and modern.

Cons:

No hot water and no wifi. Even though we asked for it to be fixed. Wouldn't recommend staying here for the price.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The location is excellent. The facility is located at the heart of the city. Very close to the ferry and most government offices and embassies.

Cons:

The water takes a very long time to heat. There is a need to turn on the water for a while prior to it becoming warm enough to use.
