Schöne Lage, leider Hygienemängel und alte Ausstattung
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Blick auf den See, große Stellplätze in der Garage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen, Möbel wirkten teils wie Sperrmüll (Sofa total durchgesessen und scheinbar gebrochen). Die Hygiene im Hotel war schlecht, in der Dusche und im Kühlschrank von der (leider leeren) Minibar fand sich reichlich schwarzer Schimmel. Die Dusche wirkte insgesamt auch nicht gerade einladend. Die Handtücher hatten einen sehr starken, äußerst unangenehmen Eigengeruch, sodass man sich ekelte. Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte ebenfalls nicht wirklich, es ganz überwiegend Süßkram, aber kaum genießbares Brot. Der Kaffeeautomat nutzt für den Kaffee Americano scheinbar Pulver, so schmeckte der Kaffee dann auch. Da nur ein Automat vorhanden war, bildeten sich dort mitunter längere Schlangen, sodass man von einem Heißgetränk Abstand nahm. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, die Klimaanlage brachte leider kaum etwas. In der Stadt fanden auch kleine Konzerte bis in die Nacht statt, die durch die schlecht gedämmten Fenster dann leider das einschlafen erschwerten. Im Hotel waren während unseres Aufenthaltes auch mehrere Reisegruppen untergebracht, die teils lautstark mit dem Personal diskutierten oder das Buffet belagerten. Die Garage ist recht weit vom Hotel entfernt, mal eben etwas aus dem Auto holen funktioniert nicht. Auf unserer Rundreise durch Italien war dieses mit ca. 300€/Nacht unser teuerstes, aber auch leider schlechtestes Hotel. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Excelente localização e atendimento diferenciado no Hotel del Porto
Pros:

Ótimo hotel em Torri del Benaco! Oferece vaga de garagem, e o processo é muito organizado: combinam um ponto de encontro onde o funcionário Vicenzo nos guia até o estacionamento e, depois, nos leva ao hotel em um carrinho de golfe — um detalhe que faz toda a diferença.
O quarto é confortável, com cama de qualidade e um bom banho. Nosso quarto tinha varanda, e foi espetacular acordar e poder sair direto para a rua.
O hotel oferece jantar com desconto para hóspedes, a comida é muito boa. Apenas um detalhe: não nos serviram o coperto que vimos em outras mesas, mas nada que comprometa a experiência.
O café da manhã é ótimo, com frutas e pães frescos. A localização é perfeita: a poucos passos da praça da marina, com uma vista incrível do castelo.
No geral, uma estadia excelente e muito bem organizada!

Besonders gut die Lage. Schön gestalteter Innenhof!
Ganz toll der Service mit dem Golfcar zur Tiefgarage! Geschmackvolle, schlichte Einrichtung der Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon war beschädigt. Wurde aber umgehend ausgetauscht. Sonst nichts.⁶
