Pros:

Excellent staff. Lovely gardens. Nice spa facilities.

Cons:

A little disappointed with the room which was described as superior with a garden view. It didn't have a garden view and was up a steep flight of stairs.

Hotel was excellent but very let down on the communication of the restaurant being closed and breakfast was worse than p

Cons:

The Restaurant was closed and only informed of this on arrival. I went for the Breakfast included option and breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit and toast, very poor

Cons:

Despite being there for three days unable to have treatments because was not told no treatments on a Tuesday and and all treatments booked on Wednesday were cancelled due to repairs in the kitchen. just before we checked it on the Monday we were told the ceiling in the kitchen fell in so they would be no hot meals, given a continental breakfast, which meant dry pastries, toast and cereal

Tired hotel in need of renovation
Pros:

The staff is nice. The lobby is alright.

Cons:

Tiny rooms with tiny beds. The decor is very tired and in need of renovation. The toilet didn’t flush. We also had swarms of flies inside our bedside lamps. The food at breakfast was very underwhelming.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location, which was main reason for booking.

Cons:

The room was very dated. Carpets stained. Limescale all on shower screen and taps. Expected more for the price.

I couldn't have asked for better!
Pros:

The service was amazing - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and all cooked freshly to order. The rooms were well equipped, especially the air conditioning which was well needed! - and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. I shall definitely be staying again.

Cons:

A bonus would have been a fridge in the room.
