Not very happy with the service as the rooms don’t seem to get a thorough cleaning

When we checked in and got to the room there was no kettle in our room and we also found bread in one of the presses that must have been there for a few days or a week. When I brought these matters up to staff they weren’t helpful about the bread situation but did provide a kettle once asked

В целом понравилось, уехали отдохнувшими.
Pros:

Красивый интерьер, разнообразные ужины и хорошие завтраки, много возможностей для досуга с ребенком, удобное месторасположение.

Cons:

Довольное грязно и в номере( запахи, грязный диван и тд), спа нуждается в обновлении, неприветливый персонал. При регистрации было чувство, что делают одолжение.

Die Lage des Hotels, das sehr freundliche Personal und vor allem das außergewöhnlich gute Essen haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche,zB.fehlende Töpfe Wasserkocher, das Fehlen einer Handdusche im Bad, das Fehlen von funktionsfähigen Leselampen im Schlafzimmer, die sehr alten schweren " Woll - Decken"?...

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Hôtel extraordinaire, entrée magnifique somptueux. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine en Avril en famille attendons juste l'ouverture sur booking.com des réservations de cette l'hôtel pour réserver la même suite. Le seul bémol la langue pour nous le français mais avons pu se faire comprendre et comprendre avec notre peu d'espagnol et anglais.

difficulté à se faire comprendre ( français) mais pas grave nous reviendrons quand même

W sumie wszystko. Lobby robi efekt wow od wejścia. Świetne posiłki i każdy może znaleźć jakieś zajęcie dla siebie. Wbrew komentarzom, hotel bardzo cichy i przyjemny.

La comida muy buena y variada todos los días y el personal todos muy amables y siempre pendiente a todos muy buena organización

Que el parque de bolas fuese pagando en las fotos parece que es libre de entrada y al llegar vale dinero pero por otro lado está bien puedes dejar los niños y entrar en el spa pero debería tener algunas horas libres
