It was very clean and staff were welcoming and not having to pay a deposit for the wristbands
The token system you have introduced can be very confusing plus the housekeeping lady wanted to take the cups when she cleaned our room it was easier when you paid for the cups and kept them also the air-conditioning being turned on/off instead of controlling it in room turned it off as room was lovely and cool but then it kept turning back on then when we did want it on it was locked off
The food wasn't great. Cold beans at breakfast and proper orange juice rather than orange dilute. selection for dinner could be better. Ok if you like seafood I suppose but could be more of a selection of meats, curry, rice etc

The bad-
I purchased the more expensive "All meals included" option thinking it was the "all inclusive" option because there was no all inclusive option to choose from. Turns out you can only have water with this option. I didn't not know that until well into our 2nd day. I couldn't even get coffee or juice for my 2 year old????
The air conditioner was locked my whole stay there so at night it was unbearable to sleep for me and my family.
There were a few pieces of glass in my bathtub.
Again, thinking I had the all inclusive package, we went to the water park and ended up having to pay to access it even though I paid for all the meals as the rules state. I noticed multiple families that had bought toys from the shop in the hotel and when the children were playing with them in the pool the lifeguards would confiscate them. So I didn't even bother to bring the ones I bought from the store to the pool.
I thought the hotel was stunning. Beautifully decorated, grand and majestic. There is a wide selection of food for everyone. Everything was easily accessible and so much to do especially for the younger children. My stepson had a blast!

Las almohadas son muy incómodas (por favor tenéis que cambiarlas no se puede descansar).
Quiero destacar el excelente trabajo de todo el personal durante nuestra estancia. El equipo de animación fue muy amable, divertido y siempre pendiente de que tanto niños como adultos disfrutáramos de las actividades. Mención especial a Dani, Miranda y Anabel, son la leche!
En recepción, la atención fue profesional y cercana desde el primer momento, resolviendo cualquier duda con rapidez y una sonrisa.
También queremos agradecer al personal del restaurante por su trato tan atento, la rapidez en el servicio y la buena organización. Da gusto encontrar trabajadores tan dedicados y amables. Sin duda, han hecho que nuestra experiencia sea mucho mejor.
Como sugerencia, estaría bien que en los horarios en los que el snack está cerrado hubiera alguna opción para picar, como patatas, cacahuetes o algo similar para acompañar una Coca-Cola antes de la cena. Creo que sería un detalle muy agradable para los clientes.

El hall de entrada era muy bonito. Muy amables los responsables del hotel. A mi hijo tuvieron el detalle de darle una bolsita de gominolas por su cumple.
El spa. No se cumple con las normas de higiene básicas y estaba bastante sucio y poco acogedor.
