Very extraordinary designed, nice hotel with great staff!
Pros:

Our stay in October was a real pleasure. The hotel has its flaws, but if there are any, they are definitely balanced by fabulous staff. We’d like to warmly thank: Laura, Manuel, Eliza the boss :), Natalia, Alberto from the restaurant for their help and assistance. As a family with milk, soy and almond allergies, we really had a lot of contact with. They were always communicative, helpful, friendly and extremely patient. We also noticed and appreciated a very competent Arianna from the check-in desk - when others couldn’t help, she always had the answer ready.
The pluses:
- fantastic restaurant staff mentioned above :)
- nice, exotic atmosphere
- comfortable rooms
- menu adjusted to allergies
- very family-friendly hotel
- when we were not satisfied with the room (too much noise from the ventilation fan), we got a better one without any problems or additional fee
- old-school bowling machines ;)
- interesting night-time performances suitable for both adults and children
- possibility to use the attractions and watch performances in the other hotels

Cons:

The minuses:
- if you’d like to party at night, it’s not a place for you. It’s completely quiet by midnight (we didn’t mind that, but you have to be aware of it)
- the sound of fountains was a bit tiring towards the end of the stay.
- the cleaning was ok, but not 5-star level. I’d say 4 stars, because sometimes it wasn’t very detailed.
- the pillows were too hard and too high, but it’s a matter of taste.
- air conditioning in the room situated on the highest floor was quite noisy and not efficient enough on most hot days.
- the outdoor pools (also those in the Aquapark) are COLD. And I mean so cold that I had a headache when I left it after 10 minutes.
- guests without the all-inclusive option have to pay quite a lot for the Aquapark. PLUS some attractions at the (already paid!) aquapark are also for a fee, for example, the inflated round tubes for the slides. And you can't slide without them, because it's forbidden. So all in all, you pay for the aquapark and then extra - for the slides in the aquapark.
- lot of paid attraction despite of not so low price for the room
- shuttle bus could be available till later hours than 18:00.
- a bit too little choice of fresh vegetables, too many pickled ones.

Para niños genial .
Pros:

Nos gustó la habitación bastante amplia . Baño con ducha y bañera .

Cons:

La comida pésima . Y las camas incómodas.
Una limpiadora me limpió la habitación y se dejó el pañal de mi hija en el cuarto .

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
Booked sea view – not as advertised:
We specifically booked a room with a side sea view.
However, our room was located on the ground floor, and from the balcony there was little to almost no sea view at all. This does not match what was booked and feels misleading (see photos).
Noise and reception response:
The hotel was very noisy, especially in the evenings and at night.
When we contacted the reception, we were informed that there were several groups of young guests staying at the hotel and that nothing could be done about the noise.
For a hotel that also targets families, this response is unacceptable.
Room and facilities:
The Junior Suite was spacious, but poorly equipped.
There was no kettle and no coffee machine, which is something even many 3-star hotels provide as standard. This is particularly inconvenient for families.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and worn out, and several pieces of furniture and doors appeared damaged or poorly maintained.
Balcony and overall condition:
The balcony was neglected and not well maintained, offering little value.
Extra charges and lack of transparency:
Many services such as the spa or swimming facilities are only available at an extra cost and for limited time slots. These additional costs were not clearly communicated in advance.
Conclusion:
For a 4-star hotel, the value for money is disappointing.
Misleading room description, excessive noise, lack of basic amenities and poor transparency.
We would not recommend this hotel, especially not for families with children.

Pros:

The location is good and they have free parking. Unique hotel design, with spacious rooms and nice pool in the spa.

Cons:

There was no coffee machine in the room (booking website said there is one), spa access was just for an hour and seems pricy, the sauna(s)were not switched on, the ice cream machine in the restaurant didn't work and there were no alternatives provided so a let down in terms of kids...

Pues el jacuzzi, que estaba muy calentito y las niñas se lo pasaron genial.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Y sinceramente, el mobiliario, aunque no está mal, se nota que tiene sus años. Le falta, para mí gusto, inversión en las habitaciones. Griferías nuevas, mobiliario (sofá) anticuado e incómodo. ... Para estacionar.... Como llegues tarde por la noche , tarde son las 21.00 , lo tienes que dejar en la montaña. No quiero pensar en verano. De locos. Sigo pensando que Málaga está muy subida. Aunque me encanta la cuidad, estás conformada para el público extranjero, que es poco exigente. Le das zumo de polvos y salchichas y todo perfecto. El aguacate y la naranja ya es más cara. En fin, soy un gran administrador de la costa malagueña, pero últimamente, la de Huelva me resulta más atractiva. Acorde a nuestras necesidades. Pulcra y bien comunicada. Que también cuida al turista autóctono. Sin acritud, pero sinceramente no creo que repita. Aunque agradezco el detalle de la suite. Eso es de mencionar.
