Pros:

Waren fast überfordert von der Größe der ganzen Anlage. Waren nur auf der Durchreise ,zweit Tage . Sehr viele Menschen. Verteilt sich aber. Nur beim essen braucht man denn Überblick. Essen sehr fein und vielseitig. So vielseitig, dass wir es oft nicht begreifen konnten , wie manche Gäste mit dem Personal und den Lebensmitteln umgehen. Es musste so viel Weggeworfen werden.

Que las instalaciones de parque acuático ahí que darle ya un repaso , y por poner un pero echo de menos tanto en bañera como en ducha una manguera com micrófono por lo demás todo bien

Pros:

Nos ha encantado todo, el hotel en sí es precioso. Los empleados muy atentos y encantadores, el servicio de animación estupendo, con un montón de actividades tanto para niños como para adultos (nosotros especialmente contentos con el trato hacia los peques). Muy recomendable.

Cons:

El suelo que bordea la piscina, de material rugoso que pincha (por mencionar algo) y estaría bien que las bañeras tuvieran alcachofa de ducha.

Pros:

El hotel es espectacular, ambiantado en Polinesia, recorrer sus rincones es una pasada conociendo animales con las niñas. Las habitaciones super amplias, con habitacion separada del salón, el baño super grande con ducha y bañera, y tener una pequeña cocina es una maravilla cuando vas con niños pequeños, para calentar leche y esas cosas.

Cons:

En cuanto al todo inlcuido no me gusto que no te sirvieran las bebidas en la mesa y que no te incluyera algun restaurante tematico para ir algun dia a cenar diferente. Asi como que el TI en el parque acuatico no hubiera, solo se pudiera hacer comida, cuando estas pagando el TI para todos los días y dentro del mismo complejo.
Me falto un poco mas de actividades para niños que no quisieran estar todo el rato en el Club Infantil.
Las clases para mayores más de gimnasia como GAP no me gustarón, ponian 1 hora de clase y duro 30 minutos y en un sitio muy al acondicionado para ello.

Tájékozatlan a szálloda belső területe mindenért nekünk kellet utána járnunk pl törölköző stb stb azokat általában chekinnél szoktak oda adni
Több méteres sor a recepciónál
Előre kevert koktélok nagyon édes és nem sok köze volt a koktélhoz
Úgy gondolom hogyha ennyi pénzt ki fizet az ember el várható hogy ne előre szirupozott koktél legyen

Bufet excelente.
Pros:

El bufet espectacular,la habitación aunque le hacía falta reformas puertas y muebles deteriorados,la pata de la cama suelta,era una habitación muy amplia.

Cons:

Yo iba con dos adolescentes y un niño de 12 años,quizá me faltó más animación por lo que he visto en otros hoteles en los que he estado.

Pros:

No , muy incomodo , colas para ir a comer y cenar y servirte cualquier plato larguísimas . La limpieza de las habitaciones muy muy deficiente hasta picaduras de bichos en la cama , la habitación algún día sin hacer , sin toallas para ducha y sin papel higiénico . El SPA un auténtico desastre , lleno y con niños de pañal incluidos dentro de los circuitos , anti higiénico . En fin una estancia muy desagradable ,. Lo único positivo de 10 el personal en general , atentos amables muy muy buen .

Cons:

Nada , excepto el personal , un 10 para todos .
