As a celiac and being in a all inclusive hotel which does not identify there food with any sort of labelling was a bit tedious although the gluten free beer was good

La verdad qje todo estaba genial, pero lo que mas me gustó fue la limpieza ( tengo que admirar como en un hotel tan grande ) estaba todo tan limpio
No tengo nada concreto que no me haya gustado .
No , muy incomodo , colas para ir a comer y cenar y servirte cualquier plato larguísimas . La limpieza de las habitaciones muy muy deficiente hasta picaduras de bichos en la cama , la habitación algún día sin hacer , sin toallas para ducha y sin papel higiénico . El SPA un auténtico desastre , lleno y con niños de pañal incluidos dentro de los circuitos , anti higiénico . En fin una estancia muy desagradable ,. Lo único positivo de 10 el personal en general , atentos amables muy muy buen .

Me ha gustado mucho lo muy bien adaptado que esta para la personas con minusvalia y adaptado a personas que llevan carricoches. También me ha gustado que siempre estaban preguntando como estaba siendo la experiencia y todas las actividades que había y lo bien que estaban los espectaculos.
Que no había mucha sobras y que los baños al estar mojados resbalaba mucho hacía falta un poco mas de limpieza y también un poco de camareros para no estar ellos tan colapsados.
El equipo de animación. El complejo en general con sus hoteles
Los horarios. Creo que a las 6-7 es pronto para que se acaben muchos servicios, como el kid’s club, el shuttle para moverte por los hoteles y Aqua park, el spa…
Creo que los horarios están más centrados en un turismo extranjero que en uno español.
Instalaciones
Limpieza de las habitaciones, comida del buffet, bebidas como la piña colada donde la piña se había fermentado por dejarla a la interperie.
Hotel entertainment was good. Wide selection of food at all meal times that was OK but nothing spectacular. We met our family there and the grandkids enjoyed it for the variety of food and the pool but not really our type of hotel or holiday as grandparents. Families with kids loved it so if that's what you want you'll have a nice time. Rooms are okay
Noisy, drunk guests who would not be quiet drinking, singing and shouting on their balcony - way past midnight. This happened multiple times, we tried to sort it ourselves and eventually had to contact hotel reception. As this is a family hotel with lots of young children it wasn't acceptable and we barely slept at night because of it.
El hotel es precioso. La decoración, temática, instalaciones, vistas...
Que hubiera que pagar por ciertas cosas:
- flotadores para los dos únicos toboganes que había... Cada día eran 10 euros más 10 de fianza. Al tener dos niños me pareció de locos y solo los alquilamos un día, cosa que con lo que vale el alojamiento debería incluirlo.
- En otros hoteles el spa está incluido, al menos la piscina caliente que no tiene burbujas, que es ideal para cuando está fría el agua de las de fuera o hace mal tiempo.
- Al ser un resort nos pareció raro que no pudieras cambiar de un hotel a otro con las mismas condiciones. No podías comer ni beber en otros hoteles.
Ambientacion del Hotel a nivel de diseño
La calidad de la comida mediocre.
Poca animacion y actividades.
Las bebidas del "Todo Incluido" eran demasiado mal, eran intomables directamente.
