Прекрасный отдых для всей семьи

Прежде всего хочу отметить, что Прежде всего хочу отметить, что отель сам по себе очень большой и впечатляющий. Выглядит очень современно и стильно, очень красивые декорации, много интересного как в самом отеле, так и на территории. За неделю мы с удовольствием играли в бильярд, гольф, настольный теннис, футбол, плавали в бассейне, ходили в спа, слушали по вечерам музыку. На территории есть детский водный клуб, в нем крутые бассейны и локации. Персонал просто супер позитивный, отзывчивый, любые вопросы, любые проблемы – все всегда четко и быстро. Еда очень вкусная и вполне разнообразная. Я, как вегетарианка, всегда переживаю, будет ли для меня выбор. Было много овощей, рыбы, разных вариаций из яиц, всевозможные гарниры и даже супы. Каждый вечер проходил тематический ужин, посвященный кухне какой-то страны – Италия, Англия, США… Для детей были наггетсы, картошка фри, макароны всевозможных видов, пицца, бургеры и хот-доги. Мы ездили на все включено, была возможность перекусов и между основными приемами пищи, включая алкоголь. Были очень вкусные коктейли. Можно сказать, что на отдыхе мы устали есть и пить, чтоб не растолстеть ходили по всем ступенькам пешком – с минус второго этажа на 4 и обратно)) Отдельно хочу отметить красоту этого места и особенно природу у моря. До моря идти минут 10 от ресепшена. Некоторые жалуются, что сам спуск до моря очень трудный – по длинной лестнице, но на самом деле ничего сложного в этом есть и если пройти вдоль дороги чуть дальше можно найти более пологий спуск. Главное не лениться и искать варианты. Но природа просто потрясающая. Это того стоит. Еще мы ездили в городок неподалеку. Ходит туда городской автобус, стоимость поезда 1,60 евро на человека. Мы ездили, чтоб купить в супермаркетах сувениры и что-то из продуктов домой. Еще прямо недалеко от отеля находятся достопримечательности, если идти пешком занимает около часа по красивой местности.

Cons:

К сожалению лично для меня было и несколько моментов, которые не испортили общее впечатление, но обратили на себя внимание. В ванной нет душа с лейкой, только что-то вроде тропического душа. И невозможно помыть голову отдельно. Для меня это было немного неудобно, но н критично. И еще ночные шторы были очень грязные, было неприятно к ним прикасаться, чтоб закрыть окна на ночь. Это тож мелочь, но для меня это все же минус.
Unfortunately, for me personally, there were a few issues that didn't ruin the overall experience, but were definitely noticeable. The bathroom doesn't have a shower head, only a rain showerhead. And you can't wash your hair separately. This was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal-breaker. Also, the curtains were very dirty; it was unpleasant to touch them when closing the windows at night. This is a minor detail, but for me, it's still a negative.

A não repetir
Pros:

Eu não gostei propriamente de nada, só houveram coisas menos más ou ok. O quarto e wc eram grandes e espaçosos, boa varanda. Os funcionários, no geral, simpáticos.
Nota positiva para a senhora que fazia a limpeza na zona dos quartos 600. Não apontei o nome mas foi super querida e prestável.
O meu filho gostou do Beach Club, o que foi o maior propósito da viagem.
O kids club também foi simpático e as meninas eram queridas, o meu filho usou 2 vezes.
O shuttle é conveniente (mas se se ficar no beach club até ao fecho, já não há shuttle para ninguém porque ambos fecham / terminam às 18h 🙄)

Cons:

O hotel é gigante e soturno, chegamos às 23h e o ambiente era só estranho.
Eu li as reviews antes de ir mas estas férias eram principalmente para o meu filho e o que nos levou a arriscar foi o Beach Club e fomos com a atitude de "pode ser que não seja assim tão mau". Mas é.
A comida é terrível, para quem gosta de comida de verdade e que não venha tudo de processados congelados, é impossível. Mesmo as saladas e frutas eram fracas, fracas. Sem sabor, com textura de frescos refrigerados sabe-se quantos dias. Alimentar o meu filho de 4 anos foi um desafio.
Ainda pior do que isso, tudo no restaurante buffet grita falta de limpeza adequada. Parece ok mas os pratos de refeição estavam constantemente sujos ou engordurados, as mesas a mesma coisa. Anda sempre equipa de limpeza a passar um pano nas superfícies mas é literalmente "para inglês ver". Não almoçámos nenhum dia no hotel apesar de estar incluído.

A limpeza do quarto não estava melhor. À chegada, a banheira estava suja. Pedi nova limpeza e a senhora que referi acima fez de facto um trabalho decente.
Quanto ao quarto... Estiquei lençóis e decidi não pensar muito.
As camas saiam do sítio sempre que alguém se virada.

O All inclusive - que escolhemos só e apenas porque dava acesso ao Beach Club - é mais uma grande treta. As bebidas nos bares são horríveis ( são sumos pré feitos e que estão ali parados em cima dos balcões misturados com um pouco de álcool) os snacks no bar da piscina à tarde eram apenas bolos, donuts congelados e umas fatias de pão de forma com queijo e fiambre em que toda a gente metia as mãos. Valeram-me os iogurtes da Danone e bananas para dar algo ao menino.
Apesar do acesso ao club incluído, há alugueres de bóias a pagar (17€ por dia!! mais depósito pelas duplas).
Pipocas no bar à noite? Mais 3€. Não incluir pipocas num all inclusive é só bizarro.

O próprio beach club deixa muito a desejar.

Pros:

El conjunto de la decoración, con esa sensación de estar en una selva, sus lagos, sus fuentes, los peces de colores, la enorme pajarera. La habitación ideal, un apartamento bastante bien decorado y equipado, cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha ( para todos los gustos ) con ganas de repetir, pero la próxima cogeremos la habitación con el jacuzzi en la terraza

Le bâtiment est très beau. L ambiance générale depaysante. Les chambres sont grandes.
La restauration est très bonne, surtout les plats chauds, très bien cuisinés.

Cons:

L hôtel et les équipements mériteraient un rafraîchissement. La partie centre sportif à l extérieur est délabrée. Les photos du site sont anciennes.
Nous étions avec 2 jeunes ados, 12 et 14 ans. La suite familiale pour 4 proposait un canapé lit pour les ados, mais très limite: notre fils est déjà grand, ce lit était un lit d appoint mais pour 7 jours pas satisfaisant.
Les oreillers sont très durs
Le jour du départ, le all inclusive s arrete après le petit déjeuner on ne nous avait pas prévenu. On n a pas pu manger le midi....
Surtout quon etait arrive de nuit et en fait ils avaient commencé à me facturer mon all inclusive le jour où on est arrivé à 23h!
Assez loin de la gare donc difficile de faire des visites à moins de prendre un taxi ou louer une voiture

Pros:

Las instalaciones,decoración , el apartamento amplio con buena terraza, la piscina grande,el spa, la comida bastante sobre todo el desayuno, la tienda que tenía de todo.

Cons:

La animación , nos buscábamos plan fuera del hotel porque no había nada para españoles,solo un chico cantando en inglés, solo eso.

La atención del personal ha sido simplemente espectacular, jamás me lo esperé, eso supero con muchas creces mis expectativas, todos super atentos, los animadores para los niños, muy "implicados", el personal del restaurante, IMPECABLE, el de limpieza de habitaciones, igual.... El buffet es algo que supero también con creces mis expectativas, no estaba todo hiper mega rico... es un buffet... siempre hay cosas "de marca"...., pero siempre, SIEMPRE, había cosas tipo casero (paellas, sopas cremas caldos, fideuá...) que estaban sorprendentemente ricas para ser un buffet, me atrevería a decir que no he probado paella en ningún otro buffet mas rica que esta. El hotel en general es muy bonito, y el beach club para los niños esta muy muy bien también.

Cons:

Er was maar een restaurant. Elke keer werd een plek aangewezen. Je kon niet zitten waar je wou. Ver van alles, zonder auto niet te doen. Weinig activiteiten voor kinderen behalve de water park maar het water was te koud mijn dochter ging er niet heen. Zwembadje in hotel (verwarmd) niet gratis. Onhandige lift systeem, altijd wachten en naar verkeerde verdieping (geen slim systeem).

Pros:

Perfect hotel for family holiday. Big advantage is beach club, where you can find well prepared infrastructure for all day play. Food is delicious and staff very helpful.
Spacious parking is a big advantage if you have a car.

Cons:
