Cons:

Bediktáltam a minibárt fizetéskor, majd mielőtt elmentem rám tört egy szobaasszony, leellenőrizte, majd telefonon bediktálta ő is, közben ráült az ágyra a ruháimra. A kinti medencénél a szolgáltatás gyenge és az ételek rosszak.

hotel with potential - worth to check meaning of 5* (overrated now) & hospitality.
Pros:

It was too short a stay to say much, but the location is pretty good, and the maintenance/cleaning staff have a good spirit – pleasant and nice.

Cons:

Disliked · There is room for improvement, ranging from venue/facility issues to hospitality, which may be the major shortfall. Examples of things that could be fairly easy to improve: power outlets in the rooms – there was only one free socket, difficult to access behind the desk; rust in the bathroom; towels were wearing out; and no coffee in the room (just one tea bag and some instant coffee powder). Only one shower for the whole beach, etc. Major investment is needed in hospitality for all front-end staff, addressing minor issues without obvious intolerance, etc. One could say it is the end of the season, but even a simple smile makes a difference – and then all the competence comes as a bonus. There is no doubt there are capable people behind the desk.

Top Lage... Qualität der Speisen hat Potential nach oben

Sehr schöne Lage. Tolle Bucht zum Schwimmen .

Cons:

Die Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Man hat gesehen das die Speisen schon lange im Vorfeld hergerichtet wurden und teilweise schon Qualitatsmängel hatten. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man sich vor allem auch für diesen Preis eine Topqualität.

Very nice memories from my stay
Pros:

A wonderful place to relax with friends and family. An excellent place. Very friendly service, good food, and a superb beach. The facility is of a very high standard. We would happily return here.
