The hide-a-bed in the King suite was very uncomfortable
The staff were awesome. Nice room and breakfast.
The shower. No shelf for my stuff. No grab handles. The soap, shampoo bottles installed backwards. Bad design.
I was offered a special lower rate for being an Sig Sauer Academy student … great. That option was not posted on the SS website. If you offer that rate, SS should announce it … more business for you, happier students. Win-Win.
The location was convenient for getting to and from our daily destinations.
Staff was friendly.
Very unappealing exterior and signage that was too small. The biggest disappointment was that we did not see any indication that this hotel was undergoing a renovation (that started in December 2024) when we booked our reservation. A number of rooms on our floor were being reconstructed. Fortunately, workers were not there on the weekend.
Breakfast had much less variety than other hotels we've stayed at where breakfast was included.
We were charged a $200 deposit. That seemed a bit overkill to us. We stayed 4 nights and did not opt for housekeeping. We were initially charged for 3 nights and then on the day of the last night, we saw a charge for the 4th night. We spoke to the manager to ask about the $200 deposit being refunded. He was a little confused, so we are watching our credit card bill to be sure we were not overcharged.
The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was a typical hotel meal. We were outraged because we booked an Executive King Suite to accommodate myself, my husband and our adult son. The suite would have provided a separate space for our son (and he’d have his own tv). I called the hotel front desk a week before to make sure our king suite was all set and I was assured it was. All the Executive King Suites were under renovation! If we had been made aware of this prior to our arrival we could have made other arrangements. They put us in a room with 2 queen beds - room was tight and not what we expected. Although, they gave us a discount, we were very angry that we received no communication about the planned renovations. Given the option we would have made other arrangements! It will be a long time before we’ll trust Marriot for accommodations!

Location is very accessible to the better sites of New York city.
Updated facilities with very clean rooms and bath. Staff was warm upon check in.
Didn’t know there would be construction everything was a mess son was very disappointed the pool wasn’t open wasn’t mentioned on website and I booked for his birthday. It was honestly disgusting
Enjoyed our stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location is very handy for the highway and also restaurants.
Under construction so part of parking lot was blocked. Tough to get around with truck and trailer.
Hotels.com overbooked the rooms
I was asked if I could take a different room one with two queen beds and no pull out couch instead of the King bed I had booked so I could accommodate Marriott rewards members( which I was one a one time), because of the overbooking by your company
After much searching the desk staff was able to find what I had booked
It worked out but I don’t get the miss communication between your booking and hotel I was not the only person in this situation
The hotel is undergoing some updates and renovations. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to the highway to grt in and out pf town easily. Close to attractions. Staff super helpful

The bed was awful and the pillows were very flat.

Did not eat breakfast
There was a lot of repair and upgrades going on. Our room had a piece of blue tape with the room number on it. My wife has asthma and the smell in the room from the construction was really bothering her. We could not stay in the room so the person on the front desk was very nice and said we could leave and we would get our money back. Fortunately we found another place to stay. This was not a good experience !!!
