Pros:

המיקום היה מצויין, הצוות נחמד ואדיב מאד. שירות חדרים מצויין, כל מה שהיינו צריכים הגיע מהר ועם חיוך. החדר גדול ונקי מאד עם נוף משגע. אני חששתי מאד מעניין המעליות בגלל כל הביקורות הקודמות, אבל לא נתקלנו בשום בעיה.

Cons:

המיטת ספה לא נוחה ל 2 אנשים ( גם לא צעירים)
הריהוט מעט ישן ולא מתוחזק. היתה לנו דלת ארון שבורה בחדר השינה שכל רגע חששתי שתיפול עלינו. ביקשנו מספר פעמים שיבואו לסדר אבל לא סודר.

Cons:

One downside of the hotel is the elevators. There is always a long queue for the elevator when going down, and there is also a long waiting when going back up. which made it quite inconvenient.

Spacious rooms and good location in SoHo

Cons:

Elevators were a disaster, the wait was insane for the number of elevators. They need to be programmed differently, it is not the Hilton on midtown to be that busy.
The TV was not connecting to my iOS device which is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. The hotel appeals to people who think they need to spend a lot of money to stay in manhattan but is lacking the charm of the peninsula or the ritz. The rooftop is a joke.

Pros:

The view from my room was amazing! Also, the location of the hotel was great for what we needed.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is the service at the pool lounge. It was very slow.

Super vue, super emplacement
Pros:

2e séjour dans cet hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Vues impressionnantes +++ sur l’est de Manhattan, le sud de Middown, jusqu’au Brooklyn Bridge !
Comme il n’y a pas d’autres tours aussi hautes à proximité, aucun vis-à-vis. Emplacement parfait, proche de Soho et West Village / Greenwich Village, proche de l’Hudson, métro au pied de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Arrivée de nuit, la réceptionniste ayant fait le check-in était aimable comme une porte de prison. Au moins c’était rapide …
Ascenseurs en travaux, donc temps d’attentes délirants pour utiliser les ascenseurs fonctionnels.
Les équipements à l’intérieur des chambres commencent un peu à vieillir, un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenue.
Salle de sport un peu petite au vu de la taille de l’hôtel.

Location is super close, 3-5 minutes walk to the amazing soho shopping and restaurants area. Near by subway and super close to the Holland Tunnel

My room has an unbearable noise coming from the air conditioner's pressurizer. It would turn on and off intermittently, sometimes in the middle of the night, waking us up, and sometimes very early in the morning when we woke up. I complained 5 times, the maintenance staff came to the room twice and always said it was fixed, but on the 5th time I gave up. They didn't change my room... In addition, the reception staff were very arrogant when I talked about the problem, kind of not caring or making light of it.
