Pros:

Nothing bad smell

Cons:

Anything, the elevators took forever to arrive the receptionist was not polite. I checked out earlier because of that and they charged in full.

Pros:

Great location for TV studios and Starbucks across street. The elevators were broken for the days of our stay and we had to take 21 sets of stairs to our room on the 21st floor multiple times per day. No special accommodations and or discounts provided for this inconvenience. Excellent Bell and Valet service.

Cons:

Lack of accommodation based on issues with the elevators.

1a Location und ein Ausblick, aus dem NY-Träume gemacht sind
Pros:

Location in Soho ist für uns einfach perfekt gewesen. Morgens starten, jede Menge Bagel Shops um die Ecke und super Anbindung in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Gleichzeitig auch sehr viel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wer sich hier die höheren Zimmerkategorien gönnt, braucht keine Aussichtsplattform buchen. Jeden Morgen mit dem Blick aufs Empire State Building aufzuwachen ist einfach ein NYC-Traum… :)

Cons:

Staff und Gäste sind so wie man es aus Luxus Boutiquen kennt ;) Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Housekeeping aber sehr lieb.

Great Hotel with minor opportunities and the need for an updated gym.
Pros:

Location, Service, Breakfast, People, Style, Seize of the Room

Cons:

No refunding or any other benefit (except pastries 06:30-11:00) while elevators were out of order and on manual steering, which took a bunch of time to get up and down.

The gym needs urgent update and partly renovation, but more new technical equipment and please more than 2 gym mats when 10 people are doing training between 06:00-09:00
