Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. הבריכה הייתה מעולה וגדולה
האוכל היה עשיר וטעים אהבנו את ארוחת ערב שהגישו סושי מפורק, ובשרים טובים גם בבוקר היה מוצלח מאוד ועשיר עם קובנה, ג׳חנונים וסלטים ודגים נאים
כל הכבוד לכם והמיטה הייתה מפנקת ורחבה

חסר קבלת פנים לאורחים שמתקבלים במלון כמו שיש בהרבה בתי מלון שעושים בופה קבלת פנים עם עוגיות, פירות ומשקאות

המלון מיושן ודורש שיפוץ הזמנו את הסוויטה במלון והיה ניתן לעבור בין החדרים דרך המרפסת ולא הייתה הפרדה הרגשנו שאפשר לחדור אלינו לפרטיות בכל רגע וחייבים לדעתי לשים חוצץ בין החדרים בצורה יותר נעימה ונוחה לאורחים מה שגם הווילון של החדר היה מיושן ונתקע או שמזיזים לצד אחד הצד השני בורח

מה שגם יום שבת בהרבה בתי מלון יש ניקיון כאן לא היה ביום למארחת והיינו צריכים להתקשר לקבלה להזמין מגבות ונייר טואלט לחדר
הייתי בעבר בבתי מלון דומים שלא היה אבל כן דפקו בדלת ושאלו האם חסר לנו משהו או שצריכים משהו כמו סבון, נייר, מגבות והייתי ממליץ לאמץ את זה גם להראות איכפתיות.

בנוגע לחניה של המלון נכון שאין חניה בתוך המלון אבל ממליץ למצוא פתרון לאורחים כמו סבסוד שבאים לסופ״ש יש חניונים פתוחים שצמודים אבל המחיר הוא מחיר גבוהה מאוד של 75 שקל ואף יותר ליום

Wonderful beach-side location with a wonderful staff.
Pros:

Staff was very attentive and helpful. Location on Herzliya Beach is amazing. Excellent view from the water side. Sunset Daniel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast buffet had an incredibly large selection.

Cons:
