Pros:

קיבלה את פנינו מירב ה ת ו ת ח י ת !
הייתה מסבירת פנים ומקסימה להפליא. ראתה אותנו בתור אורחים מהרגע שנכנסנו עד שיצאנו. באמת ששירות וקבלת פנים כאלו לא קיבלנו המון זמן !!

Pros:

צוות מקסים, אכפתי ואדיב! שודרגנו לקומה האחרונה עם נוף לים, חדר מאוד גדול ומרווח ל-3, חדרים נקיים. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום מצויין, ספא שממש מתאים לימי חורף קרירים וחוף מדהים!

Cons:

מומלץ לא להיות בחדר עם דלת מקשרת, היא לא אטומה לגמרי. במידה ואתם מחפשים דווקא מלון עם חדרים עם דלת מקשרת (משפחה למשל), זה מעולה לכם.

פשוט זלזול מוחלט באורח

חדר לא תקין, חוסר היגיינה ושירות לקוחות שמתעלם!
​בחרתי במלון דניאל בגלל היכרות מוקדמת, אך לצערי החוויה הייתה מאכזבת ברמות שקשה לתאר. קיבלתי חדר שהוגדר משודרג (שיזן), אך הוא היה רחוק מלהיות ראוי למגורים,
המיטה הייתה מלאה באבק ושערות.
היתה סתימה קשה במקלחת שלא אפשרה להתקלח ומזגן שמרעיש.
​בשעה שתיים בלילה, במקום לנוח, מצאתי את עצמי מחכה לשירות שלא הגיע. למרות שהבהרתי שאני עם מגבלה פיזית (נכה) אף אחד לא הגיע לעזור לי להחליף את המצעים המלוכלכים. נאלצתי פשוט לפרוס מצעים נקיים מעל המלוכלכים כדי להצליח לישון מעט.
​בבוקר פניתי למנהלת שירות הלקוחות. היא טענה שלא ניתן לקבל החזר כי ההזמנה בוצעה דרך בוקינג אך הבטיחה לבדוק פיצוי ללילה נוסף ולחזור אליי. עבר מעל שבוע, ואף אחד לא חזר אלי.
​מאכזב לגלות שזה היחס שמקבלת אורחת במלון שמתיימר להיות ברמה גבוהה. חוסר ניקיון, חוסר רגישות וחוסר עמידה במילה.
