โรงแรมเก่า มีประวัติศาสตร์ยาวนาน แม้ไม่มีออนเซ็นในโรงแรม รู้สึกประทับใจอย่างมากที่ได้มาพักค่ะ และอยู่ใกล้วัดบนภูเขาค่ะ

寛げました。
Pros:

三河湾に面した小高い丘に位置していて、向かいの竹島と三河湾の眺めが良かったです。また、静かで、大き過ぎないホテルで、良く寛げました。また、訪ねたいホテルでした。

Cons:

特に有りませんでした。ただ、足腰が不自由だと、散策路は階段が多いので楽しめませんが、どこからも景色は十分楽しめると思います。

名古屋クラシックホテルの旅
Pros:

竹島を正面に眺める景色は素晴らしかった。クラシックホテルならではの風格があり、エレベーターの階数表示に昔の趣きがありました。料理は内容が良くて、たくさん食べるより美味しい物を求めた希望にピッタリでした。記念日に合わせたリクエストに応えていただき感謝しています。

Cons:

室内の備品（テーブル、レースカーテン）が長年の使用により経年劣化しているところが見られました。

眺望最高
Pros:

素晴らしい眺望でした。
宿泊した部屋は、ベッドルームとは別にソファが2台置かれた場所があり、二部屋のような造りでした。
ソファが置かれた部屋にもエアコンが完備されており、残暑でも快適でした。大きめの窓から三河湾が一望できるソファでゆったり読書など出来き、良い時間を過ごせました。

今まで泊まってきたホテルで最低のホテル

まずもって客室がびっくりするほど狭い‼️1泊¥5,000のビジネスホテルの同等またはそれより狭い。館内に関してもフロントに行く前に階段…エレベーター降りて客室に行くにも階段…キャリーケース に他の荷物もあり部屋にたどり着くにも一苦労…
部屋に入って洗面台に行ったら1ミリくらいの虫の大群がいた。流石に気持ち悪すぎてフロントに連絡したらボックスティッシュを持って従業員が笑顔で現れた。こちらが部屋を変えて欲しいと言わなければティッシュで虫の処理をしてそのまま部屋を使わせる気だったようで…ありえない。2泊で８万弱も払っているのにシングルベット2台でいっぱいになってしまう部屋に虫…変えてもらった部屋も浴槽はところどころ黒ずみなど目立ち決して清潔とは呼べない。
留めは、チェックアウトの時…虫騒動の時に対応した従業員だったのに「この度は申し訳ありませんでした」などのお詫びの言葉も一切なく何事もなかったかのような態度で接客された。
場所が場所なだけに代わりのホテルが探せなかったから泣く泣くそのまま泊まるしかなかったけど、本来ならチェックインの日に他に移りたかった。
返金して欲しい気持ちしか残らず、老舗ホテルで口コミも良かったし、決して安いとは言えない金額のホテルだっただけに従業員の対応などガッカリでした。
もう２度と泊まることは無いと思います。
これから泊まる方は都内の一流ホテルでの対応接客があると思って泊まらない方がいいと思います。
最後に…山の上で近くにコンビニもないのに自動販売機もなく売店は20時までと時代錯誤の現状…泊まる方は予め飲み物など事前に準備した方がいいですよ…

竹島近くのこの伝統あるホテルに一度宿泊してみたかったので、良い経験になりました。
駅からの送迎がないのが残念ですが、タクシーで千円程度の距離です。
部屋は特に広くはないが、歴史を感じる調度でとても清潔でした。

Pros:

Loved this hotel, very Agatha Christie.Quality establishment when there's a signed Miro print in the room.
The food was exceptional as we're the staff. The concierge went out of his way to organize a taxi for a Temple I wanted to see.

Cons:

I hope they don't modernize and lose the charm of this place.

Pros:

石原副支配人とレストランで食事をしながら、色々と会話が出来、とても楽しかったです。食事は、とても美味しかったですが、アラカルトメニューがあったら、良いですね！でも、年寄り向けにアレンジしてくれて助かりました。母も喜んでいました。

クラシックホテルの雰囲気を堪能出来るホテル
Pros:

やはり浜松の呉竹荘が運営するようになってからどうこうというより、そもそもクラシックホテルとしての資産価値は大変感じられる建物は一見の価値有り。ただし、従業員が高級感をはき違えた接客をしている点が不快に感じる。特にメインダイニングでの田舎接客はその典型だろう。「ニューハーフショー」のポスターやチラシが至る所に貼られている点も、ホテルの品格を損なうため考え直す必要があるだろう。また、部屋の窓ガラスの指紋や手形が拭ききれておらず、不潔感があり清掃面での不安を覚えた。ロケーション、建物のハード面は素晴らしいが、呉竹のソフト面がハードに追いついていない感が残念な施設であります。
