Park Arjaan by Rotana

Park Rotana is an amazing hotel- very friendly personnel. Especially i would like to mention Mr. Subhan from 6th floor who provided great service during our stay. Highly recommended Hotel.

We are having a great time. Received exellent service by very nice people Madhu, Jhon, Sanax and Melani.

I really like this hotel and return every time I come to Abu Dhabi. My stays have ranged between 3 weeks to 6 months. The rooms are spacious and kept immaculately. This trip I highly commend Rana and Zaw of the housekeeping staff. Professional and personable, they demonstrated true hospitality.

The only reason I I gave four out of five, is because the expansion and new vibe at Coopers (the attached pub) can sometimes be loud. This being said, I have spent a lot of time at Coopers (especially in warmer months) during off-peak hours. The staff there are incredible and work as a cohesive team.

There have been changes in the menu of Ginger. Some changes I like, some not so much - but all the food is prepared well and they keep the 50 meters of buffet organized and clean. The morning omelette chef, “Justin” (I think) is a master.

One other man has stood out during every visit, and that is George in security. George is consistently a source of positive energy. Returning to the hotel after a day’s work to be greeted with his smile and warm personality is always nice.

I recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here during my trips to Abu Dhabi.

I recommend this Aquarius pool bar.swimming pool is great with good water temperature. Special service from bikash and Solaris Joseph.they are very friendly guy .they are quick and efficient guy.bikash you are awesome plz keep continue for your Xtra speed service.

From the warm welcome from the valets and front desk staff to the house keeping crew, all staff are well trained, professional and warm. The cooks and wait staff in each of the venues are attentive, responsive and efficient. Shevon and Rana from housekeeping were noteworthy for the care they took in keeping my suite sorted without disturbing my preferred order throughout the room.

Great experience! Service, people, and environment is also exceptional. The food was also great as well as the juices.

It's a Beautiful 5star hotel with a walkable distance to Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque. The staff are very friendly especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. A special mention goes to SANGITA, she has a very lovable character, very friendly and very neat. She always made sure we had everything we needed especially when she noticed i like coffee she made sure to stock my table with coffee and creamer at all times for the one week we stayed at this hotel. Her kind of service is very exceptional and she's very committed to her job, I noticed she ensures guest satisfaction which is the one thing everyone needs when it comes customer service. We will be back soon.

Amaizing hotel in Abu Dhabi. Top level hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, amaaaaaizing food in the main restaurant. And of course swimming pool to relax after work.

Need improvement

Excellent service from Emam at the Acquarias bar by the pool. The food made by Chef Lakir was delicious and well presented.

I have never been to a place more brilliant and accommodating. What made the stay was by the pool and Emam who ran the bar, he made our stay was so friendly helpful and the best barman ever he is a superstar cannot give the place a high enough rating, will be back.

Very good hotel, Good hospitality..though everyone in F&b , front desk and house keeping are great professionals but some names I remember and would like to mention who deserve appreciation and applause for their superb hospitality- in F&B Vinod, John, Rao, Bikash, Madhu,kush, tinashe-tilak at reception ,Pujan in housekeeping are amazing professionals but more than that superb human being..they and other staff are hard working and knowledgeable and surely deserve promotion and reward..overall 10/10

Located off the highway. Check in was quick. Comfortable rooms and a lavish breakfast spread. Madhu at the breakfast table was a great help. Will be coming again soon.
