You could choose which bathroom amenities you needed from the reception area so as to not waste anything. Breakfast offered a good Japanese variety and also a take away coffee, perfect when you wanted to be up and out. It is close to the subway which is a bonus.

Spent 4 nights here over New Year’s. I’m trying to be objective but having come from an amazing hotel in Osaka this place was a disappointment. I will start with the positives. The staff are all so very nice and pleasant. They offered a tea ceremony one morning which was super informative and a great cultural experience that lasted like 20 mins. The location is super quiet, feels safe and is close to two metros and groceries. The room has a fridge and offers great soap and shampoo. They offer a free breakfast and it is stocked with a large variety of foods. The downside is. The room and hallways are drab and tired looking. Upon enter the room there is a not so pleasant smell coming from the drains I believe. We opened the window every day to air it out. The whole room is like you are on a cruise it is that small and the bathroom is cramped as well. They supply a desk but on that desk they put a tray with two glasses a tea kettle, a clock a phone a light a box of tissues and a sign about housekeeping .. taking up half the space! There is one drawer but in that drawer they put a hair dryer, a remote, charging cables, a mirror and a big packet about laundry. Making the drawer useless. Many places around here are closed until Jan 4 for the New year including the restaurant on premises which is really irritating because it is a hotel and they know the guests need places to eat.. I would NOT choose to stay here again. The negatives had a bigger impact than all of the positives

The location is excellent, and the team is courteous and efficient throughout. The rooms are typical for Tokyo, offering a reasonable amount of space. The beds are comfortable, cleaning is done well, and the breakfast stands out as very good. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, with breakfast being a clear highlight.

Hotel molto valido, camera di piccole dimensioni, ma nella norma degli hotel in Giappone.
Colazione varia e abbondante.
Acqua e amenities da bagno vari sempre disponibili alla reception.
Plus da sottolineare sicuramente la vicinanza ad almeno due stazioni della metro e la posizione in una strada adiacente alla principale, quindi molto tranquilla.
Consiglio sicuramente!
