Only the Twin Room in the main building can accommodate an extra bed.
Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when using existing beds. Adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older.
Restaurant SHIKI opening hours:
- Breakfast: 07:00–10:00
- Lunch 11:30–14:00
- Dinner: 17:00–21:00
Please note that the hotel will undergo renovation work to change the current smoking rooms to nonsmoking rooms on the following dates/times: Friday, May 9, 2025 to Sunday, June 30, 2025, 10:00-18:00. Smoking rooms will be gradually changed to nonsmoking rooms according to the construction schedule During this period, guests may experience some noise and vibrations.
Maintenance work will be carried out from 11:00 to 18:00 on 17 May 2026. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean, staff is very friendly and kind, the room has the amenities needed for a nice stay and the location is good and not so touristy. The breakfast is extremely variable.
The room doesn’t have much space to allocate the luggage.

The location was excellent, especially because it is right on the Ginza Line, which made it very convenient to get around Tokyo and reach almost everywhere we wanted to visit.
Although the rooms are relatively small, they were very well-designed and functional. I think you have to accept that rooms in Japan can be small; otherwise, you might end up disappointed everywhere! 😄 Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were regularly replaced.
During our stay, we were kindly given complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast had a lovely international selection with plenty of options. Being able to get free water was also a great service and very much appreciated! :)
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with our luggage transfer to our next hotel. They even called the other hotel for us and helped overcome the language barrier, which made everything so much easier.
Thank you so much for everything and for all your hard work. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit Japan again someday.
