Cons:

ベッドが簡易で寝づらかった。
2泊していたが朝9〜10時頃の掃除？の方の足音(サンダルの様な靴をカカトを引き綴って歩く音)がとても響いて2度寝できませんでした。
(どちらの朝も聞こえたので掃除の方？と思っております。間違っていればすみません)
横が駅なので電車の通過音がすごく響いていた。私はあまり気にならなかったが気になる人は多そうです。

Pros:

周囲が落ち着いた街並みで電車の音がちょっと聞こえるくらいで静かだったのと、近くに遅くなっても買い物をしたり食事するところがあったところ

お部屋は想像より広くてくつろげた

Pros:

We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant.

全体的に施設が古い。又、お湯の出が悪く、お湯が出るのに凄く時間が掛かる。
又、部屋が臭い。
ただ、スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。

Bugs
Pros:

I usually avoid writing bad reviews, but I feel this is one necessary. I arrived late and tired, but one of the first things I saw was a little bug crawling on the bed sheet. I picked it up and flushed it down the toilet. After I checked out, I realized that my back had been bitten by another bug. I just arrived at my next hotel and saw there is a little cockroach/2.5 cm bug that crawled out of my backpack from a closed area that has not been opened since I left this hotel! 3 different bugs within 24 hours is absolutely unacceptable!

Management seemed nice, but the property is not very clean.

Pros:

到着時に対応してくれたスタッフさんが気持ちよく対応してくれて嬉しかった。
到着後、部屋の広さに驚いたけれど、空気清浄機前に枝豆❓が落ちてて何かわからず驚いた。

あと、設備面ではベッドサイドのライトが片方だけ豆電球がつくが反対がつかないまま３泊
浴槽がもう少しゆったりしてるとシャワーも浴びやすかったかも
