Forever grateful for the helpfulness of hotel staff!
Pros:

My son stayed at this hotel on a school trip last October. He had a great time and said the hotel was brilliant.
The main reason for the review is that he left an item of great sentimental value behind. The hotel staff couldn't have been more brilliant and helpful at finding it, packaging it up and dropping it off at a courier's to send back to us. They even followed up with me afterwards to check whether the item had made it home safely. We are forever grateful to Magdalena and the staff at the hotel for their kindness and helpfulness!
