It was conveniently located in old town. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfasts were so good.

Amazing location, very friendly staff willing to help and make the stay as good as possible in the giving conditions.
Dated rooms, mediocre breakfast, might be a bit more clean in bathroom but still ok.
Personelleri çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve her konuda son derece iyi yardımcı oldular. Otel konumu olağanüstü iyi. Kahvaltı güzel.

The hotel is in a really convenient location, perfect for getting around and exploring the city. The prices are fair and match the services provided. Another strong point is definitely the staff: very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would recommend to anyone looking for good value for money.
On the downside, some of the furniture looked a bit worn and could use renovation, especially in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable either.

„Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Evsen war rundum perfekt. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wird man mit einem Lächeln empfangen und spürt sofort die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Teams. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar – mitten im historischen Zentrum Istanbuls, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders begeistert hat mich die Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail in den Zimmern: alles ist gepflegt, komfortabel und so eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine wunderbare Mischung aus internationalen Klassikern und lokalen Spezialitäten. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das durch Wärme, Service und Qualität überzeugt – ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder.“
The location was really nice, it was near Sirkeci metro station so it's accessible to go anywhere. It's 7-10 mins away (walking) from Sultanahment & Eminonu which is a plus.
Wish the rooms were maintained better, bathroom lights were flickering.
Location and Breakfast were good
For the money, it’s a pretty great spot from which to explore Istanbul. Perfect location, basic rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. We had an issue with the toilet upon check in and they had us in a new room immediately.
As said in other reviews, the rooms are a bit small. But the price reflects that I think. Shelving or a luggage rack would fix this as it would keep your belongings off the floor.
