Cons:

Uno de los camareros que tenia gafitas era un poco clasista, si no eras extranjero con pinta de tener pasta directamente dejaba de ser amable, todos y todas las demás, incluidos los cocineros/as eran unos encantos.

Estancia maravillosa, total relax.

All inclusive is not really all inclusive here, rest is amazing

Great location, great pool with an amazing view (best we had so far)

Cons:

All inclusive is not really all inclusive in this hotel.. in the snack bar, only menu items with a star are for free. Rest must be paid.
Also, you cannot eat on the pool side, which is very uncomfortable

Pessima cucina,cibo di scarsissima qualità, e pulizia della camera lascia desiderare!

Pros:

I liked the sun bathing areas and the two different pools. The sea wasn't too far away too.

Cons:

The walk to the beach is down a hill, the footpath tiles can get slippy so had to take it easy in flip-flops!

Excellent stay but insist on paying in euros don’t allow the hotel to charge you in your own currency

We booked this holiday for our two daughters who had a marvellous holiday and recommended that we should book our next holiday for this hotel.

Cons:

We booked the hotel for our two daughters.
We were quoted €1036 which converted to roughly £921 uk pounds.
We were charged in pounds and ended up paying £1037 uk pounds which is not what we were quoted.
The Hitel did not offer our daughter to pay in euros which I had instructed them to do so the hotel ended up cost in us an extra £119 due to what appears to be a very poor local exchange rate.
Not happy about this.

L'emplacement le confort les équipements le buffet la gentillesse de tout les gens de l'île

Comportement bizarre d'une de vos personnels du restaurant qui nous a interdit de ramener des boissons a notre chambre que nous avons habitué toujours de le faire chez tous Hôtels "tout compris" dans le monde, en même temps elle l’autorise a d'autre personne , ace qui vraiment nous fait penser a ne pas revenir.
