Pros:

Frokosten var på et greit nivå, savnet litt salater & dessertkaker. Beliggenhet og utsikt var strålende. Lett adkomst med heis ifra gateplan. Reingjøring var veldig bra.

Cons:

Egentlig ikke så mye. Rom bærer preg av at hotellet er noen år, trenger en oppgradering, særlig bad.

Sent extrêmement fort la lessive ou un adoucissant qui est fort désagréable. Dans les hôtels normalement aucune odeur......... vraiment dommage.

Pros:

Établissement très propre, personnel agréable et sympathique. La chambre ultra propre. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire. Le repas-buffet du soir très bien également. La piscine à débordement vue océan juste wahoo !

Cons:

Des clients majoritairement anglo-germano-scandinave qui s’accaparent les meilleurs transats dès 8h du matin en déposant des serviettes et repartent. Il est spécifié que c’est interdit mais ce n’est pas respecté. Pareil pour le port du pantalon noté obligatoire au repas mais les 3/4 de ces messieurs se présentent en short tongs.

Awful service and not very 'all'-inclusive
Pros:

The food in the all inclusive that was there was delicious but not enough choice of cold foods. The food that was there was small amounts so delicious and not mass produced and left in chafing dishes. The breakfast was divine. Lunch and dinner needed more options.
Because of the horrible experience checking in we were upgraded so our room was fabulous but we wouldn't have paid for it for what it was. Outdated, walls dirty and scuffed, mould like substance on bathroom walls. Air conditioning tempermental.
We loved the salt water pool. Yolanda was a wonderful server as was the lady at the pool bar on Halloween day with the spider on her face. The 3 people on the entertainment team were super friendly and kind with children. One life guard one day was very pleasant. I am picking out these few because truly the rest of the staff were not at all hospitable.
It was very close to the beach but a little hilly for those dtruggling with mobility.
Towel system was good and easy

Cons:

We had the most awful check in experience with Diana. We arrived 8 hrs after our check in time and our booking wasn't on the system, we stood at the check in desk in silece as she told us she didn't have a room for us, my small daughter falling asleep on the floor and my elderly mother not even offered a seat. She accused us of not paying for the right amount of people. Then after many minutes of standing with only bad news and no information I asked quite curtly, will you have any where for us to stay tonight, we are in a foreign country and have no where to go and this isn't acceptable, then she said she had a room and would upgrade us. Lovely upgrade, but that experience wasn't worth it. We found all other staff bar the few mentioned above to be rude and dismissive. Not once did we get the correct drinks order (which was a sparkling water, a tonic water and a juice - nothing complicated!) each time to be met with disdain when asking for corrections. We even got laughed at while asking for napkins for our table one night. Our room key didn't work every time we ordered anything and it became a complicated fuss each meal time. Not everything in included in 'all-inclusive' - not smoothies or milkshakes advertised - completely ridiculous. We were not exactlly asking for top shelf liquor, none of us drink. But a smoothie for the child isn't included at this price point? You can have a small selection of bar snacks like hot dogs or burgers or the warm buffet style tinned salad items, yet I can't order a caesar salad?! Outrageous in an all inclusive.
The toiletries in the room were never stocked up. Had to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach - what am I paying the hotel for?! Really not a good attitude to have with customers.
Poor experience despite plenty going for the hotel. Absolutely would never return again nor will we recommend to family and friends.
