Pros:

Cheapest price in town and the staff is very nice

Cons:

No heater in the bathroom with no ability to turn the fan off. The TV was bad and was like looking through fog. Every time a truck went by the whole room shook and that went on all night long.

Pros:

They had a microwave a mini fridge the water was hot shower was great as well as a tub. Clean facility and free breakfast pet friendly

Cons:

$10 per day fee for pet was not said when making the reservation so did cost extra fees all should be included with stay

It was worth the money.
Pros:

It was reasonable as far as price. It was an older place, but clean.

Pros:

The spa tub was in the bathroom so you have private space that won't keep up others on the family others have it in the main room probably the tv factor but I definitely appreciate it this way.

Good enough in a pinch
Pros:

Great price and amazing bathroom, they've clearly renovated some rooms and it shows, the tiled in tub was fantastic.

Cons:

bring your own towels and pillow/bedding, there wasn't bed bugs, but there were hairs all over and some staining that would normally warrant replacing the linen.

Cons:

I should have taken photos, there was not even a lamp next to the bed or anywhere in the room. Bare bruised walls with scars from who knows what. Asked for a room close to the handicapped ramp but was given room number two at the end of the building. Very long walk for disabled people and the lady at the desk said that there was nothing she could do to accommodate us closer to parking ramp. Very difficult to parking lot. Dangerous stairs going up to the walkway to the rooms. Not level, a slope before the stairs with signs slippery when wet. Unacceptable.

Staff nice. Not happy with the room.
Pros:

Turned the light switch off it cut all the power off to the room. The heater continuously clicked on and off all night long.

We made it through it.
Pros:

It was cheap.

Cons:

No toilet paper. We had to get it ourselves. 1roll at a time! We asked for new sheets on the fourth day and was asked if I would like to put them on myself. And there were ants in the room!

It's filthy and dated, so just be prepared.
Pros:

Not much other than it was a place to sleep. The actual toilet itself seemed clean. The staff was friendly when we checked in.

Cons:

The rooms were caked in grime and could really use a deep clean. Our socks turned black within minutes of walking around, so wear your shoes in the room. Our young son found a used vape left on a chair when we checked in. The pillows and blankets were stained and dirty (I ran to the store and purchased new pillows and pillow cases for us to use so we didn't have to put our faces on the hotel-provided ones). The floors were peeling, had deep holes in places, and extreme damage - they were in dire state. (Not just peeling from moisture either) We've stayed at a lot of places on the coast, and while most are dated, they are clean. This one was not.
