Perfect Budget Hotel
Pros:

We just needed a room for the night after a long drive in car. The location was great right off of I-135. Staff was friendly and kind and got us checked in right away. Our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Appreciated the comfy recliner chair in the room and there were a good mix of channels offered on the TV. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the items we prefer, but there was a convenience store next to the the hotel and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There wasn't a rack to hang clothes on, just 3 hooks.
Barley enough roon in the bathroom to turn around.
From the outside, you could see what bad shape the curtains are in.
They are ripped and torn.

Air conditioner didn't work. Wasn't uncomfortably hot, but was warm. Seiling fan and fixture didn't work. Otherwise room was choice.

The motel was in the right place at the right time and it was a good place to stay for one night.
Pros:

Breakfast pancake was good, as was the boiled egg. Met our needs.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the tub/shower did not drain well. We did report this to the front desk and was assured that they would check it out.
