YWCA Fort Canning

スタッフが親切でした。購入した靴のタグを取りたかったのですがハサミを持っていなかったのでフロントに行ったらすぐ対応してくれてタグとゴミも捨ててくれました。小さなことですが困っていたのでとても助かりました。

Friendly staff, food is average and environmentally great.

I travel with my friends. This is my first time coming to Singapore. I stay for three days , I enjoyed my stay in YWCA . Nice pool good food and friendly staffs. The location was good as there is a shopping mall and a subway near by. The room was good and got nice smell. I want to complement security officer Abdul, he was very courteous and polite when talking to me and was very helpful during my check out for handling my baggage and booking a grab car to airport. I am very sure when I come to Singapore again , I will stay in YWCA again. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. No matter what time of the day it is, they have helped me and other guests with problems. The hotel staff are amazing, food great, and rooms were awesome. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Location is nearby Plaza Singapura and Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station too!

I stayed here for about 2 weeks on a business trip while accompanying around 50 students. Our entire group had a really pleasant experience for the duration of our stay.

There is Fort Canning park right across the street which is a beautiful way to spend a day and shopping malls within walking distance.

The restaurant crew were the highlight of the stay. We saw them 3 times a day and they always went out of their way to make sure we were catered to at a high standard. Regardless of the fact that we were in a huge group, they took the time to get to know us all personally.
There were other staff members who treated out group really well and with a lot of patience and respect
The rooms were clean and well maintained daily.
The pool was also clean and well maintained with new towels provided on request.
Every staff member here was great and really attentive. Reception, house keeping, security, restaurant and ground staff are all an asset to this place.

​I had a fantastic experience staying here! Everything was super clean, neat, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC was cold, ensuring a great night's sleep.

From the very beginning, Ee Ling was professional, responsive, and exceptionally well-organized. She coordinated every detail with great care, giving us confidence and peace of mind throughout the planning process. We were especially touched when she arranged complimentary rooms to accommodate our larger-than-expected number of guests. It was a generous gesture that made a significant difference to us and our families.

On the wedding day, the YWCA staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They went the extra mile to accommodate our requests, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that both we and our guests felt well taken care of.

Spacious room, clean place, great location.

I've stayed at the nearby Ji Hotel last year and I must say I enjoyed my stay at YWCA more. It is value for money. The bathroom is separated by an actual door/wall, and somehow the room has a warmer/more homey atmosphere. The room was also clean and spacious. I read that hotel slippers weren't provided so I just brought my own. Location is great, right beside the hotel is a corridor that directs you to the 24-hour link to Penang Road/Dhoby Ghaut MRT via the UBS building. Breakfast was delicious and nice. the security officer abdul was helpful and kind in handling my luggages when i needed help. and son from front desk was also happy and cheerful when helping me to check in.

Very good service in every way!

I was on 6/F., for 2 nights I was awakened up around 10 pm, there were people moving & stacking up chairs on 7/F. Later I found out there is a church situated on 7/F, 8/F. So I complained to the Reception. They moved me up to 12/F, the room with one big Queen's size bed. They said it was an upgrade. However, as it is the top floor of the building, there was engine humming noise coming down from the roof top. As I only stay for another 2 nights, I just bear with the white noise.
