Great experience
Pros:

Pros:

Location. Room is clean and spacious although basic. Had a nice view of Fort Canning which I could take morning walks at.

Cons:

Aircon unit was quite noisy but I turned it off because the central aircon was actually cold enough for me.

아침식사하는 곳의 분위기가 너무 좋았어요. 1층 대기시설이 너무 좋아요.숙소가 너무 좋아요.직원이 한국말도 해요.다좋아요.꼭 다시 갈겁니다.

Cons:

예약했는데 저의 실수로 취소가 되어서 당일 재예약했어요. 3일여행인데 마지막날 풀북이라서 일본여행 마지막 날을 안타깝게 다른 숙소로 옮겼어요.ㅜㅜ

Spacious rooms and great location near the lovely Fort Canning park!
Pros:

Spacious triple room with a king size bed and separate twin bed was perfect for me and my husband traveling with our teenage son. I loved that each of us had our own end table with drawer and shelf. Plenty of room to spread out! Also, the cucumber lemon water in the lobby was much needed refreshment after a day of touring under the hot Singapore sun!

Cons:

Only down side were the pillows, which were rock hard. Also, it would've been nice if they provided a hand towel.

Charming throwback experience
Pros:

Tasty throwback food! We had fish soup, Hainanese pork chop, seafood beehoon and paofan. Prices are almost unbelievably reasonable in this day and age. Friendly service by Sasi/Sri to boot.

The best hotel and good service from security officer
Pros:

I didn’t get to explore the hotel much as I was here to attend the Red Cross seminar, but it is by far one of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room is comfortable and inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. Even the scent of the hotel is pleasant and adds to the experience.
The hotel staff are courteous and professional. A special mention goes to the security officer, Saifullah, who was very helpful with our luggage from the moment we arrived. He is always seen smiling in the lobby, greeting all guests in the morning, including us.
I would love to come back in the future if we attend another seminar. Great job, YWCA!

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

YWCA Fort Canning offers a great package in terms of comfortable rooms, clean facilities, wonderful staff and located in a very convenient location near Orchard Road. My guests had a lovely stay and will definitely come back again. Amongst the wonderful staff, special mention to Mr Rathen who provided great service in ensuring safety and security for my visitors when their airport transfer bus came to the hotel. All the other staff from the Reception to the Cafe extended wonderful service to all my guests too. Congratulations and well done!

Good value for money
Pros:

The room was very generous in size. Helpful staff. Great location near the station.

Cons:

There was some noise when other rooms opened and closed their doors, especially early in the morning. There could have been more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom. I had to ask for some very nasty marks to be removed near the toilet and there was a lot of dust building up in the corners and around the bed.
