Awesome.
Pros:

Room size is reasonably good for couples and esp. for sole traveler.
Location is great.
Staffs are helpful.
Hotel is clean and corridors and reception are smells very nice.
Break fast is good and they offer their specialty Kaya jam with bread and egg.

Cons:

Hotel should definitely think forming an alliance with Gym next door for its visitors that are there for a short stay. That will be really appreciated by incoming visitors.

Wonderful food and people

Our team recently held a leadership retreat at YWCA Fort Canning, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The venue was comfortable, well-maintained, and conducive for productive discussions. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional support from the YWCA team. A special thank you to Johnny, who assisted us from our very first site visit and was consistently responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout the planning process. His support made the coordination seamless and stress-free.

Beyond the venue and hospitality, we greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about YWCA Singapore's work and the impact of its programmes on women, families, and the wider community. The sharing session provided valuable insights and added a meaningful dimension to our retreat discussions.

Pros:

Went for their Saturday dinner buffet and had a great experience. There was a wide variety of food, the atmosphere was fantastic, and it offered excellent value for money. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely staff at check in counter. Nice place for our short 1 night stay.

The bathroom is older style and could be better. The toilet did not fully flush first press.

Disappointed about the room quality
Pros:

Superb location, spacious room, friendly staff

Cons:

Towel was dirty! Shower does not have consistent hot water. Noise from people talking in the hall way is HUGE. Air con loud and noisy. Smells no good. Not value for money. Breakfast has limited choice.

A wonderful wedding night

Convenient by public transport and car park easy. Pleasantly clean hallways and dining space. Most friendly attentive crew.
Sitting arrangement well spaced with enough room for big groups, family gathering, friends group.Joyful heart servicing crew.
Sundays mainly family and church goers with children and toddlers so avoid weekends if you want a quieter atmosphere.
Reasonable value $$ for Porridge Buffet.
