We had the pleasure of hosting our Presidents’ Forum on 28 February 2026 at YWCA Fort Canning, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience.

The ballroom was spacious, elegant, and well-maintained, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The layout was flexible and comfortably supported our programme flow, from registration to the main stage segment and networking session. The audio-visual setup and lighting were well-managed, ensuring smooth presentations throughout the event.

We would especially like to commend Yvonne and Royston for their outstanding support. They were professional, attentive, and highly responsive from the planning stage through to the event day itself. Their calm coordination, flexibility, and willingness to assist with last-minute adjustments gave us great confidence and contributed significantly to the success of our event.

Overall, our experience at YWCA Fort Canning was excellent, and we truly appreciate the dedication of the team. We would be happy to consider the venue again for future events and highly recommend it to other organisations.

我是去休養身體，選擇了現代化的城市，看看環境對傷痛人氏的接納，照顧，設想和服務的範圍。一般說接待，環境，餐飲，都很務實，只有一點，我需要用tube 泡澡，他們沒有這項設備。這是我個人需求，是我沒注意到設備問題。下次，身體好時，我還是會選擇，去新加坡這家飯店。

I took my parents to Singapore for Chinese New Year holiday, everyone in the hotel was very kind and nice, they always smile and greet, it was a lovely experience for my parents who visit Singapore for the first time, special thanks to staff YAZID, he upgraded the family room for us, for welcoming us. The room was alright, tbh it could have been better, but it’s a fair price for such a good location, one thing that I didn’t enjoy was people were shutting door loudly, I know they didn’t mean it, but the doors were annoying at the late night.

晚上睡觉关门的声音有点大，对于老人家晚上需要休息好点还是不建议，早餐都是白人饭，需要看看家里人是否习惯，交通便利，环境还可以。

Maria is an absolute gem and an amazing security guard!
One evening my wife really wanted to buy a waffle from the vending machine, but it refused to accept credit cards or US dollars — a real emergency 😄

Maria, while on duty as a security guard and showing her big heart, didn’t hesitate for a second. She went and bought the waffle for my wife with her own money. In that moment, I realized this woman has an incredibly kind heart — she truly saved my life that evening!

Maria provided great service helping our group to get off the bus safely, giving proper guidance on the hotel facilities.
Reception staffs also very helpful and patience and the room keys were all settled and given out accordingly.

I had a wonderful vacation staying at YWCA in Jan 2026. Son and Siva provided excellent assistance during my check-in, and the other staff members were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious enough to comfortably open two suitcases at the same time, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is a major plus, with easy access to nearby bus stops and MRT stations, making it very convenient to get around.
