The location very handy for the shops and retail park, but prefer nearer the pier where more going on.
Breakfast was very nice

A lot of stairs up to 1st Floor room.
Room very basic but bedding clean thankfully
First night told me the bar was cash only. 2nd night the bar had a closed sign on it!

What you pay for is what you get, the room needs some TLC, I know it a seaside town but really,, seagulls tapping on the window 5-15am just put an alarm clock in the room.

The breakfast was a good choice yogurts cereals juice the main breakfast 1st day was unedible i left most of it the black pudding was hard like rock the fried bread was like rock the food was cold as well the bread tasted stale and the croissant was cold like it had been frozen the 2nd day i asked for bacon and 2eggs the bacon was cold hard and overcooked the eggs were passable i never ate the toast
The room a d bed were clean but needed updating it said 5 stars on the door as u come in the lock to open the door was upside down the paintwork was shocking the tv wouldnt come on i had to mess with it the wires came over the window i couldnt open the main window it was painted over and sash windows very draughty the hot water wouldnt come on but the man got it to come on the shower was filling the bath up and it took ahes and ages to fill i tried opening the bathroom window it nearly blew out of the window and very draughty a nice building but needs a lot of updating not a 5 star hotel it was okay for the money i wont be revisiting the location is good
Très bon emplacement à LLanduno, proche du centre ville. Personnel gentil et accueillant
Par contre l'hôtel est vieux et dans la chambre les fenêtre ne sont pas hermétiques: avec le vent tout bougeait et claquait, nous avons du mettre des morceaux de papier pour les bloquer. La salle de bain était glaciale, Le robinet du lavabo était cassé (depuis 1 semaine d'après le personnel). Le petit déjeuner était limité: des tranches de pain de mie étaient moisies..... Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut.

Where the kettle was on the tray we had to move across the other side to plug it in and that was on an extension lead. Which was not safe if we would have had children with us
The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and the under blanket on the double bed was stained also the bin in the room was still full of rubbish that the last person had left 😟
Room was clean , towels and bedding were brilliant white. Breakfast was good.

Very unclean property. The bedsheet had stains. There was white mould on the bed. The bulbs were broken. And there was literally no staff on property for majority of the day.

Je mets la moyenne mais ne peux évaluer l hotel car j avais réservé des mois à l avance pour 8 nuits, mais à mon arrivée on m annonce qu il y a un problème avec ma chambre, et que l'hôtel est complet. On m à dirigé vers le Manor Hotel, sur la promenade pour la duree de mon séjour, ou j ai été bien reçue.

Not up to the mark we spend around 140 pounds for one night but there is no proper lightning in the room, bed was not comfortable, windows are broken TV was not working. In Mentioned beach view in the hotel facilities which is completely not true. Not at all worth to the money spent and no hygiene. Staff was friendly,breakfast options are also quite low. We booked it by booking.com by seeing the reviews.

Toilet wasnt attached to the floor ,paint on curtains and bed.Matresses need replacing.Needs a lot of TLC.
Needs updating the TV on same wall as headboard bit strange but for the money it was fine. Bunk beds could do with updating and room painting etc
I get worried when windows won’t open fully wouldn’t get out in a fire ? But for what I paid was happy. Guy on the desk was friendly :)
Just needs an update and the tv moving to the end wall and a kids tv on the bathroom wall.
