Great location, booked 2 single rooms, spacious, clean, tea and coffee making facilities, one room had a better view of the front which was great for people watching, great breakfast, excellent value for money.
The location was amazing, the train station, beach, and shopping were all in walking distance.
The view was amazing, I could see the high street. The pillows were soft and lovely. The shower was amazing. However, the sink hot water tap wouldn't work properly. Dust everywhere, the bed was so stiff and hard.
Ideally located just a few blocks from the train station, one block from the sea front and on the main street for shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. The guy working the desk was affable and helpful. En suite bathroom had a heated towel rack.
Took a while to get hot water and the building exhibits signs of age and the sink is outside the bathroom with no real place to hang a towel for washing hands, so I had to fold it and rest it on the edge of the sink.
The location is very central. Staff very friendly
Finishing touches for example curtain half off the runners and could do with a little refurb. The singal room was very basic.

Room smelled really bad, old tired building, windows didn't shut properly and were old, single glass

Absolutely nothing.
Rooms dreadful. Broken furniture, radiator falling off the wall, toilet like one you use in a caravan - dreadfully loud. Flat cushions, dirty windows, radiators didn’t work.

Great spacious room- loads of room for two parents and two young children.
Shower was amazing- in Llandudno the water pressure is sometimes lacking but this shower was amazing
Bit noisy and Starbucks next door had a delivery at 2am but hotel is in the centre of town so noises are inevitable
