Staff were v friendly and welcoming. The hotel dining area was clean and tidy and the location was good.

Cons:

The room was v dated. The tv was on the same wall as the bed headboard, meaning no watching tv in bed. The layout was also strange, with no space for a sink in the bathroom, so it was at the end of the bed! Kids bunkbeds were very unsteady and dated. The mattresses were uncomfortable and very much out of date. No AC, no modern plug sockets etc. very much a cheap room with zero thrills. Staff were great but would not stay again.

A Great Budget Hotel, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It's very clean, the Staff are friendly and efficient, and the location is great for everything in Llandudno. You can park your car for free between 3.30 pm and 10.30 am if you can find a space next to the Hotel. The Breakfast was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend the Hotel for these reasons.

Cons:

The Room had a rattling window (admittedly, very high winds) and it was not sorted out. I ended up jamming a newspaper in the gap to limit the rattling. I am not sure why they didn't offer another room as at this time of year, the Hotel was practically empty. When the heating went off it was cold and no extra duvets or blankets were available in the room. The sink was tiny and it took a good while for hot water to get through. The steps up to the building are steep. Having said all of this, I would still recommend the Hotel.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room was lovely and clean, a big room with plenty of storage space , good value for money , lovely breakfast, right across from premier inn for evening meal and drinks , would definitely stay again

I would have liked a wardrobe and bedside cabinet or shelf. I would have liked a table that did not have a loose top. I didn't like the smell of cooking fat that I could smell as soon as I entered the hotel
