The hotel is situated in an ideal spot to explore the town and close to the beach a 1 minute walk away . The room 101 was a large room with a comfy double bed, and the bathroom had a bath / shower a bonus as many places have just showers

Heating was only on a couple of hours a day
Excellent central location, very friendly greeting, they let me leave my bags there at 10 am until I could check in which I was very grateful for. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, very nice and warm as it was very cold outside but the room was lovely and warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money considering how central it is and minutes from the train station.
Only a small thing and didn't take from the great stay I had but perhaps an earlier start for breakfast as 8.30 is a bit late but like i said it wouldn't put me off staying again, it's just this time my train was at 8.35 so couldn't avail.

The bed far to soft
Very close to train station, shops and beach. A few steps up to reception where we were met by a lovely man who explained the entrance, breakfast and showed us to our room. Room was very clean with a huge bathroom and shower. Room was large with seating area under the window. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice, fast was fast getting to the table. We did notice a lift going off the dining room, but as we didn't use it, I'm not sure what floors it covers.
If unable to climb steps is a problem then that might get in the way, it wasn't an issue for us though.

The hotel was newly decorated .
The room was small but comfortable (could of been a bit warmer)
Tea/coffee facilities which were good quality.
The staff were friendly and friendly.
We would stay again and would recommend to others 🙂
Bit disappointed the bar wasn’t open we had met up early to have a drink before we went out !

Location was very convenient to the station, and the check-in from 2 p.m. was particularly welcome as our train arrived at 1.59 p.m. The hotel was also quite near Venue Cymru, which was our reason for coming to LLandudno.
Lighting in the bedroom was poor. Only one side of the bed had a light, and the light by the table was not working. The wardrobe space was quite small, and not easily accessible, adequate for a one-night stay, but not for a longer visit. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, and when it did, it was difficult to bring the temperature down to moderate.
Breakfast really good. Lovely and warm and spacious bedroom. Excellent value for money.

Nice big room.
Bathroom is tiny to the point of having the sink in the bedroom area which wasn't really too much of an issue bit would have been better in the bathroom. The mental coil around the shower hose was half missing so could see the water pipe inside. There was potential for you to cut yourself on it. The headboard had lots of stains and the duvet cover had a big rip on the seem I only noticed this the next day as we got there later in the day. Only one pillow each.
Breakfast was really good. Spacious rooms.
The bed was a bit hard if you suffer with your back.
