Staff gentile e accogliente
Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta per fare il tour della città e comoda dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a 3 minutos de la plaza de duomo, cerca de la estación del tren. El personal muy amable y en todo momento atendieron nuestras peticiones

Konumu çok iyi. Hem tren istasyonuna yakın hemde şehir merkezinde ve tüm gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. genel itibariyle otantik bir otel. Çalışanlar mükemmel ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Odalar temiz ve güzel kokuyor. Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra, Tren saatine kadar valizlerimizi otelde bıraktık.

Μόνο η τοποθεσία

Cons:

Πολύ στενό δωμάτιο . Η πόρτα του μπάνιου από περιέργεια τη μέτρησα γιατί έπρεπε να γυρίσεις πλάι για να χωρέσεις να μπεις , ήταν 0,50cm . Το κρεβάτι από την πόρτα του μπάνιου είχε απόσταση 0,60cm πρέπει να κάνεις ακροβατικά για να χωράς να διασχίσεις το δωμάτιο , μόνο η τοποθεσία του αξίζει

3 giorni intensi. La mostra dedicata a Beato Angelico: quanto amore ha dedicato a Dio e alla pittura

La posizione permette di raggiungere senza problemi musei, palazzi e quanto è visitabile. Nei pressi inoltre vi sono un numero considerevole di ristoranti, osterie e bar.
La colazione è stata gradevole

Cons:

Da buona italiana, mi è mancato in bagno il bidet.
