I fully understand that the official check-in time is 2 PM and that I arrived early, at around 10 AM, due to unavoidable circumstances. However, after returning to the reception approximately two hours later, the room was still not ready. I left my phone number with the receptionist and was told I would be contacted once the room became available, but I never received a call.
I was not expecting immediate access to the room before the official check-in time, but I would have appreciated more proactive communication and guest care. When a guest has already been waiting at the hotel for several hours, it would be professional either to prioritize the room preparation where possible or at least provide an update regarding the status, instead of leaving the guest to repeatedly check at reception.
That being said, after I explained the situation during check-in, another staff member handled the matter professionally and kindly sent a complimentary box of cookies, fruit, and bottled water to the room as a gesture of apology, which I genuinely appreciated.
While the initial experience could have been managed much better, I do acknowledge and appreciate the effort to make up for it afterward.

Cons:

Bazen ljeti ima radno vrijeme do 19:00h i nakon toga doslovno sve pospremaju. Smatram da u turističkim smještajima navedeno nema smisla, preko dana je vruće i nema ljepše nego popiti piće uz bazen u smiraj dana

Superb!
Pros:

The breakfast selection and quality were excellent, the room (including bathroom) was clean, the beach was close, and the pool was also great. The sun loungers in the shade of the pine trees were pleasant! Staff was friendly and helpful. I am maximally satisfied. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Location was perfect, food great, and staff really proffesional and friendly.
We really liked sunbeds on beach.

Cons:

Only thing that we didn't like was that bed has really sharp edges, and as room is not that big there is high chance to get hurt by hitting your leg there.
