Hrana, čistoća cjelokupnog hotela, osoblje i kompleks u kojem se hotel nalazi.
Bolje praćenje rezervacije ležaljki na što nas je primarno osoblje i upozorilo. Svidjela su nam se ta pravila, ali smo primijetili da se toga nitko ne pridržava, jer ne postoji kontroliranje niti praćenje istoga, jednako kao što nema ni negativnog ishoda (micanje ručnika kojima su se rezervirale ležaljke).
Prostor sauna bi mogao biti veći i sadržajniji.
Tolle und ruhige Lage. Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht bzw. sich wünscht.

Almost everything was perfect! The location is magical, surrounded by a forest, hiking paths, loads of nature and amazing views of the sea. Hotel is beautiful and all the staff was super nice. The room was big enough and very comfortable, with a big bathroom and a nice balcony. Loved the smart TV too with loads of options. Bed was perfect for me. There is a free parking right outside the hotel and a bus stop nearby which can take you to Pula. Breakfast was fantastic - truly couldn't want more choices. The pool is large enough for a nice swim. The hotel was so comfy I could honestly stay there all week and never leave the facility.
Small things that don't weight on the final grade. The hotel is quite expensive and it shows especially if you buy food or drinks there. Not a negative in itself but if you buy full board you get breakfast and dinner which is a buffet. But if you only get breakfast you can't really have dinner at the hotel unless you buy the buffet entrance for 32 euro. You can get lunch a la carte (which I recommend) but not dinner. If I was to return I would buy full board cause there aren't really many good restaurants nearby. Might be a negative for me only but the water in the pool was too cold, would be great if it was a little heated.
I liked that it was positioned in a good area and we always had something to do.

Everything was great
The hotel and amenities are excellent, as are all the staff. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a fantastic view through to the sea. Our room was very clean with pool towels provided also. Breakfast and evening meals (buffet) were amazing, with so much choice and were well presented. Overall a fantastic stay.
The sliding privacy glass door to our bathroom/toilet offered little privacy and did not have a handle on the bathroom side making it a little awkward to exit.
A Garden beds ágyak nagyon különlegesek voltak...közel van a Hawai beach + a szurdok és jó sétákat lehetett tenni a természetben. Az ételek is nagyon választékos és finomak voltak.
A "törölközőkkel ne foglalj ágyat" elv szép és jó, de senki sem tartja és tartatja be....reggel 7-kor már megy a stipi-stopi.
Ráadásul a Garden ágyaknál ha felszabadul egy, egy "külsős" nem hotelvendég azonnal rátelepszik.....utána meg sehol senki aki szólna nekik, hogy az "szállóvendégeknek" van....

Pool area and nice size. Not too many sunbeds so there was good space to relax in
Decaffeinated coffee not readily available without having to pay extra at breakfast time.
My wife is allergic to caffeine and had to negotiate with the staff each day
