I put 4 adult 2 kids asked for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa on the 3rd party site didn't get that asked to change at hotel site when I got there girl at front desk didnt know how. She said she'd leave a note so someone can help us never did 6 people in a room with 2 full beds we when left early never again. Restroom dirty. I asked to pay for a bigger room they didnt try to help how sad

Good value and nice facility. Disappointed that front desk couldn’t move reservation

Clean, easy to park, located near highway and restaurants

Cons:

We mistakenly booked for the 12th, but arrived on the 11th. We couldn’t switch our reservation, so we had to pay for BOTH the nights.

The clean up people STEAL DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Do NOT stay here. We visited this location and left an item that we KNOW wasn’t in a closet. The clean up “hospitality “ left the bag and stole the other item’s in this bag. They are THIEVES ! I take this very seriously and will have my legal team involved. This is sad that people would steal then leave the bag it was in. Outrageous. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER STAY HERE. RUN THEY ARE THIEVES. The clerk said he didn’t find a bag only person who attempted to help was Amberlee who found the bag our items were in. Hospitality steals and we will investigate on who stole our items. Run!!!! Do not stay here. Reporting to BB and will dispute my stay fee
