It was wonderful cost and location. I was slightly disappointed with the parking issue.
Pros:

The location and value were great! The facility was clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The parking situation was bad. We arrived back at the hotel after watching a late softball game. There was practically no parking. People with boats and moving/delivery vans parked across several parking places. So it was 1:00am and my daughter and I had to park our car right up against someone with a boat & just hope they didn't hit us if they left before us. Furthermore we had to walk around the building at 1 in the morning.

For the price of the room, I shouldn’t have to worry about cleanliness.

We won’t be rebooking.
Pros:

The bed was ok.

Cons:

The landscaping wasn’t kept up. Also, the floors, elevator, broken items were not fixed. Easy to fix, but obviously the manager doesn’t care. Sad… poor food quality.

Pros:

The hotel itself is good and clean. The spacious lobby, however, was empty with the exception of one receptionist. Check-in was okay.

Cons:

I did not like being questioned about what my service dog was for as well feeling judged at being handicapped. (Last time I checked, that is pretty much illegal.)
