The hotel atmosphere was excellent!
Not having to register with another company to have room benefits.
Air didn’t work. They wanted to try to fix it instead of moving us. We went to dinner and came back late and it was still hot!

For the price paid, breakfast should be included. I've never stayed anywhere i have to buy coffee/ breakfast. The pool, absolutely not. The pool area is hotter then outside. No one could stand it. Oh and l'et's not forget the lovely view of the 1st floor roof. And we were awakened by people on the 1st floor, though the vent by the bed.
I felt very safe at this hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay here and I had Fatisha service my room and she did an amazing job cleaning my room. She was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. She deserve recognition
First disappointment came at breakfast time. Went downstairs looking for a restaurant to have breakfast. All they had was a continental style breakfast. Nothing special about it. Most hotels offer it free. But when we finished eating, the server working the floor handed us our bill. $19.00 including tax. Definitely not worth that since you have to serve yourself.
Next thing was in the ladies restroom in the lobby.
Apparently someone had an accident and left residual "poop" on the floor. Looks like it had been there for awhile.
My room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint was the room phone didn't work. I was trying to reach my friend down the hall, so I walked down there and turns out hers didn't work either. Im guessing that they assume everyone has a cellphone.
There was a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very professional and accommodating after we experienced a 2 hour power outage. They took care of breakfast for both days. Thank You Angeles
It was very clean and the cleaning staff was professional and smiled each time they saw me and my niece coming or going. They also honored us by not disturbing us during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel because they had a "heated pool" turns out when we got there the water was ice cool.
Had the best breakfast options and the most awesome staff Latoya Meadows and ms Ashley were on point I would highly recommend this establishment for anybody traveling or on vacation
No heated pool for my granddaughter. No jacuzzi at all like the website showes. These was the very reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed!
