Loved the rooms
Pool area wasn’t opened when promised. No towels were ready for pool. Shower head in my room was absolutely terrible.
Great value for money. The room was clean, spacious and provided everything needed for an emergency overnight stay. Organising the airport shuttle was easy and relieved further financial stress for the trip.
The breakfast was a little lacklustre but it was included in the booking price and again, for the overall value of the trip was more than satisfactory. This would be my only criticism (and it's barely one).

We had mold in our bathroom and dirty sheets. Hotel would not change our room so we left and lost our last night even after paying for it.
