ADVERTENCIA: Tengan cuidado si van a reservar en Hotel DOROTEO BOUTIQUE en Chihuahua México:Hice una reservación vía Booking, al hablar para confirmarla me atendió una persona de nombre "Benito" me pidió hacer la reservación directamente con ellos, lo hice y me pidieron garantizara la reserva con un depósito $$ lo hice, días antes de llegar les mandé una wsp, avisando que mi hija y mi nieto se adelantarían a tomar la reserva me dijeron sin problemas, los esperamos.....finalmente mi hija no se pudo adelantar y llegamos juntos al Hotel...Sorpresa, "No aceptaban menores de edad" y porque si les avise con tiempo no dijeron nada?? Ok a buscar hotel...que afortunadamente encontré....Pero y mi depósito? Me pidieron la cuenta bancaria para hacerme la devolución y hasta hoy 29 de Enero del 2026 sigo esperando....Les mando wsp y solo los leen y nadie contesta.....Saludos
