Pros:

We honestly stayed here because we needed something that was nice but affordable and it definitely fit that.

Cons:

My only complaint was the floor by the desk was dirty we took my son and his friend and they were playing games near there and their white socks got so dirty on the bottom.

Unwilling to listen to customer complaint and request for cancellation with a refund despite giving advance notice.

Cons:

Difficulty getting to pool. Under staffed waited 15 min to check in. Cancelled 2nd night in advance but now fighting for refund of $300 as they won’t refund me. Requested room not facing dock but they never read my request.

Pros:

Clean quiet & comfortable

Cons:

Price is way too steep for common everyday people. $315/Night is outrageous. Charging for breakfast also. $150 refundable deposit took 14 days to get back, unacceptable.

Pros:

Nothing is worth $500 a night. I have been dealing with management several times and told they will not refund the extra charge for one night. I will never recommend to anyone a holiday Inn stay

Very nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff.
Pros:

Okay. No bread avail for gluten intolerant.

Cons:

Need a folding chair in laundry room since guest isn’t suppose to leave clothes unattended. Continually had trouble with room key. Desk attendant on last morning suggested batteries in door lock may need replacing. ????
For three days had been having trouble with it.

Served our purpose but not a place to stay for a vacation.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and very quiet.

Cons:

Over priced. We went down our first morning to get coffee and were told that "it comes with breakfast". They had a coffee station set up in the lobby but no coffee. Guess what...breakfast is your standard hotel buffet but it costs $15 pp. Seriously, they can't provide free coffee for the price of the room? We were without a car and the neighborhood is entirely industrial. No place you can walk to.
