Cons:

I dislike when staff fish for tips and ask me if I want change. The wait staff at breakfast was very slow and never brought me my change. It was $4 so no big deal but it just was a slight blemish on an otherwise almost perfect stay

Will not stay here again, very disappointed because this hotel came highly recommended by a co-worker.

The first night I was there they put me in a room that had the beds all torn apart so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to drag all my stuff back down to the front desk and tell them to put me in a different room. They just said, “sorry about that” didn’t offer me anything for my troubles.
The beds are horrible!! Sooooo hard and uncomfortable! Could not sleep.

It was a short visit.
Cons:

My toilet didn't work. I took the tank lid off to make sure it could flush. I am waiting for my refundable deposit back now.

the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again in future
Pros:

love the microwave fridge coffee maker. snacks sold in lobby( even microwavable) were convenient. Customer service was excellent and very detailed in answering questions. love the shuttle service really love the good quality toiletries provided the room was beautiful clean and comfortable
