Great place to stay but unacceptable noise allowed by children
Pros:

We always love the Holiday Inn Express to stay. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast

Cons:

There were children running and screaming down our hallway, slamming doors and waking a baby who the cried and screamed when no one gave it attention. This went on for 3 hours. I called 3 times to front desk “I can’t hear them” (down the other end of hall and around corner. After 3rd call she agreed to come down and say something. Offered to change our rm but almost 10:30 and we were in bed.

Sofa bed mattress is sagging and springs are no longer supporting your body weights, I guess it is time to have it replaced,
