Convenient location near the airport, ballpark and restaurants
Comfortable beds; pool and free laundry available
Friendly and helpful front desk staff

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Mostly praised as clean and welcoming in multiple reviews (rooms smelled good, consistent housekeeping), though a few guests noted a dirty tub and one depressing/dreary room.
Service
8.4
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful at the front desk; however operational issues (door locks/card reader failures, escorted entries, and one report of housekeeping entering without knocking) lower this score slightly.
Location
9.1
Very positive comments about proximity to the airport, ballpark, and restaurants; some noise from a nearby stadium noted but location convenience is a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.3
Comfortable beds, good water pressure and functioning AC reported by many; some rooms had issues (electric blind not working, tub-only showers, occasional noisy neighbors and isolated cleanliness/maintenance concerns).
Amenities
8.7
Well-regarded amenities such as hot buffet breakfast, pool, 24-hour coffee and free laundry; downsides include limited parking, no airport shuttle and some card/door access problems affecting access to amenities.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests noted good value ('nice and clean for the price') though one mentioned price as a con and another suspected a bug—overall perceived as fair value.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Consistently praised breakfasts (hot food, good coffee, specific favorites mentioned) and breakfast quality is a frequent highlight; one complaint that breakfast service ended too early.
Overall Experience
8.2
Generally positive stays with many guests saying they'd return and praising cleanliness, breakfast and staff; multiple operational issues (locks, card readers, occasional maintenance and noise) keep the overall experience from being higher.

Pros:

Location was great. Good location from airport.

Cons:

Door lock did not work well. Key would turn lock green, but it took 5 or 6 times before door would physically open. reported it front desk. No maintenance person available to fix it. Big hassle.

Clean, comfortable and close to the airport.
Pros:

The property was clean and felt very welcoming.

Cons:

Proximity to a stadium made for some very loud noises throughout the afternoon. Additionally, I’m not sure if my room was near some kind of fan or machinery, but something kept coming on and off repeatedly the entire time I was there.

Cons:

Depressing room - horrible colours. Electric blind didn't work so dark and dreary. We are big fans of holiday Inn express and found this one disappointing.

I really loved this hotel. Definitely will book in the future again
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were very clean and they smelled good too! And also that housekeeping was very consistent with the cleaning when we were out.

Cons:

Honestly I liked everything except the noisy neighbors next to us. Lol 😆 . They took intimacy to the next level for sure!
