Overall a good stay and experience
Pros:

Room size, cleanliness and facilities were all fine. We had 2 double beds, comfortable and clean. Mount Baker visible from the room window, a bit far but adds some extra to the experience. Parking is big on both sides with plenty of space. Close to road 101, easy to get here and travel to the different attractions. Elevator decorated with the Olympic Mountains is super cool.

Cons:

A bit overpriced compared to other similar level hotel chains. For breakfast choices are quite limited.

Booking Kunden werden benachteiligt

Die Lage ist praktisch. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants.

Cons:

Es wurde beim Check IN explizit nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt (wie bereits bei der Buchung) da man zwei Nächte hier verbringt. Bei der Übergabe der Zimmerkarte wurde das auch noch bestätigt. Gelandet sind wir im Zimmer direkt gegenüber vom Lift und das Fenster hatte keinen Ausblick da man direkt oberhalb der Lobby war und somit direkt auf das Vordach des Hoteleingangs blickte. Zudem lief hier in Dauerschleife Musik die bis ins Zimmer drang. Wieder zurück an die Rezeption um nachzufragen warum wir das Zimmer bekommen haben kam die direkte Antwort "wir haben ja nicht direkt gebucht sondern über BOOKING und bekommen daher das schlechte Zimmer." Angeblich sei alles andere ausgebucht. Auch das wir schon ein halbes Jahr im Vorfeld gebucht haben interessiert die Dame nicht.

It was a great stay!
Pros:

The bed is on the perfect level of firmess, we both love firm mattress, this hotel provides the perfect firm mattress, comparing to nowadays other hotels bed are way too soft. this hotel has the best mattress.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly.

The breakfast was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would love to visit again.
Pros:

The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. common areas were clean. We had some issues with the room key and the maintenance person was so helpful in solving the issue.

Lovely property and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the indoor gym and pool on one of the rainy days.

Cons:

A bit of a drive each day to Olympic National Park, but we still had a great time.
