We chose to stay at this hotel because of its many positive reviews, so we were disappointed with our experience. After driving all day, we arrived around 11:00 p.m. expecting a clean, comfortable room. Instead, the room had a strong musty odor, the floors felt damp, and even the beds felt moist. Unfortunately, the room also did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. After such a long day of travel, it was frustrating to arrive late at night and have to deal with an unclean and uncomfortable room. We had hoped for a much better experience based on the reviews and were very disappointed by the condition of our room.

Our stay was ok, no major complaints.
Pros:

I can’t honestly say because I wasn’t able to get the full breakfast bar, but what I did eat that was left on the bar the mornings I came down was ok. The coffee was GREAT!

Cons:

Try to keep at least a minimum of the items that’s supposed to be in the bar until closing. Got there at 8:45 and a little earlier the 2nd day, and there were items that never got replenished. If closing was at 9.

SUPER Employees, Facility Less Than Desirable
Pros:

All the employees at this location are extremely nice..The Monday-Friday breakfast attendant hustles big time to ensure a positive experience. However the two employees working the from desk checking people in Saturday, June 6, were not efficient or effective   Either they didn't understand how to use your software or management isn't using the software as designed. Checking in took forever.

The  back stairs are nasty nasty nasty. The front stairs were OK.  We were in Room 420 and the sink was a very small stream, so small we had to fill our water bottles from the tub faucet.   At least two other rooms on the 4th floor didn't  have that issue; I asked other floor residents.   We requested a repair the first full day but none happened by the time we left after 6 nights with barely enough water to brush your teeth. The gym has 3 pieces of cardio and one piece, the treadmill, is in pitiful dangerous shape.  The belt has been repaired poorly and makes a bubble and a very uneven surface.  The luggage carts are cheap and have zero spots to hang anything.  If it weren't for the very nice employees, this hotel would be rated lower. Someone is trying very hard to scrimp on the overall facility in my opinion.

Pros:

I loved the staff and location.

Ive stayed there several times. The staff remembers me and call me by name when I arrive. They are friendly and efficient. They also had recommendations for dining in the area. I couldn't ask for more.

The location is perfect. Highway access, gas, shopping, and food. Also less than 3 minutes from downtown.

Cons:

The price could be slightly better. But, I asked around town and was told its the best place to stay. I agree
