The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
We enjoyed the pool.
There was a lacrosse team booked in many of the rooms.
The children were loud and boisterous running up and down the Halls, throwing pine cones and garbage knocking on doors.
There was no parental supervision as most of the parents were outside in the parking lot drinking from open alcohol containers. Children were also running around the streets and the cars throwing pine cones at cars in the parking lot.
The parking lot itself was absolute chaos waiting for people to move navigating around drunk people.
For 3 hours from approximately 9:00 p.m. until almost midnight the children ran up and down every floor of the hotel knocking on random doors, screaming and chasing each other. There was no supervision and there was no help from front desk when we called down to complain.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
One suggestion would be to introduce more variety to the breakfast menu. As a returning guest, I’ve noticed that the selection has remained the same for several months. A few new options would be greatly appreciated.
Kind friendly a welcoming approach from the staff
Facilities little bit old,didn't like the carpets in general,curtains some of them in the room were dirty and ripped off. The mattress too soft as well the pillows. In our floor was noisy and one guess has a dog whom barks at nights

Aucun chariot à bagages disponible lors de l'arrivée, nous avons demandé à trois reprises et les employés n'avaient pas l'air de vouloir nous aider. Ascenseur EXTRÊMEMENT lent.
